But I couldn't open the back with the plastic tool you had, so I used a metal 1 inch scraper tool from the middle of one side where it has some kind of groove, and then used a plastic one to snap it all the way around..... And for the battery to pull it out, I slide a tie-on underneath the wires and pulled it up.
What are 2 black things on the table which appeared before you removed the screws for the battery? Are they fans of the computer which you forgot to put it back in the computer??.. They are about the size of your finger.
I am having trouble geting the attery coonected. Any insight? Thankyou for getting to this point. Able to open and replace the battery. I am just having trouble reconnecting. Thankyou for your time.
Was it a copy version battery replacement? If then try to exchange the battery, try to plug back on the old battery and see if the alignment goes OK or not?
