    Cabbage Paratha (Roti):
    Ingredients:
    - 1 cup grated cabbage
    - Salt, to taste
    - 2-3 finely chopped green chilies.
    - 1/4 teaspoon garam masala
    - 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder
    - 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder
    - 1 cup wheat flour (atta)
    - Water, as needed.
    - Ghee or oil, for cooking
    Instructions:
    - Start by grating the cabbage. Add salt to the grated cabbage and allow it to rest for a few minutes. This helps in removing excess moisture and any hidden bacteria. After 10 minutes, squeeze the cabbage between your palms to remove excess water. You can discard this water or use it for watering plants.
    - In a mixing bowl, take the squeezed cabbage. Add finely chopped green chilies, a little more salt (if needed), garam masala, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Mix well with the cabbage.
    - Gradually add wheat flour (atta) to the cabbage mixture and knead to form a soft dough. If required, add water little by little to achieve the right consistency.
    - Once the dough is ready, allow it to rest for about 10 minutes. This resting period helps in making softer parathas.
    - After resting, divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll each ball into a medium-sized chapati (flatbread) using a rolling pin and some dry flour for dusting.
    - Heat a tava (griddle) or a flat pan over medium heat. Place the rolled paratha on the hot tava.
    - Cook one side for about a minute until bubbles start to appear. Flip the paratha and apply ghee or oil on the cooked side.
    - Flip again and apply ghee or oil on the other side as well. Press gently with a spatula and cook until both sides are golden brown and cooked evenly.
    - Once done, remove the cabbage paratha from the tava and place it on a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
    - Serve hot with tea, pickle, or raita. Enjoy your nutritious Cabbage Paratha!
This recipe yields flavourful and wholesome cabbage parathas that can be enjoyed as a breakfast item or as a snack with your favourite accompaniments.
