      Hi, Thank you. It's good to know the sound is clear and there is an improvement in the picture quality.
      To be fair to Jodie, I did play my part in the navigation 🤣
      Happy travels 😊

    Hi
    I must say you two are very brave, driving down a narrow uneven lane.
    To encourage more motorhomes to visit, the owner needs to cut the hedges back. The track seems ok for tractors but motorhomes?
    Interior doors gone, opening up the back makes such a difference.
    Any more upgrades?
    Great content as usual. Clive.

    • @lifes4touring
      @lifes4touring  12 дней назад

      Hi Clive, thank you very much we appreciate your support 😊
      Yes that track you are asked to come in on isn’t the best and may get worse in the summer months, so it needs some maintenance and cutting back. Hopefully, this will happen or if we visit again we will go in at the campsite entrance.
      We do have another big upgrade coming and will be sharing that in a few videos time as the upgrade itself happens next week. 🙌
      Happy travels 😊

      We were at Tree Trees for a week and didn't see anyone use the entrance you used, everyone used the main entrance

    • @lifes4touring
      @lifes4touring  11 дней назад

      That would make perfect sense, the only reason we used that entrance is because it tells you to on search for sites App. We will put in to see if they can update their information so others don’t fall for the same fate as we did. Thanks, Clive as always we really appreciate it 👍😊

    Thanks for the info. If they can't be bothered to trim the hedges I'll find somewhere else rather than get scratched like that.

    • @lifes4touring
      @lifes4touring  6 дней назад

      Thank you hopefully they trim them back for better access or as someone mentioned in a comment others use the campsite entrance as it has better access. Happy travels 😊

    You mentioned about ceramic coating, I use diamondbrite ceramic blast snowfoam which adds a ceramic coating to your vehicle everytime you use it,also does a good job of cleaning your vehicle

    Looks a great place for a stop off , was down in Romsey a few weeks ago , there is a place called Lee just down the road , should look it up , not sure I would be happy going into the site , thanks for the tour

      @lifes4touring  11 дней назад +1

      Hi David, thank you for watching. Romsey is a lovely little area and we will look up Lee to see what it's like thanks for letting us know.
      We agree the approach road needs attention hopefully they will sort it out soon. Happy travels 😊

    Good to see an increase in aires in the UK but that place needs some serious tidying up if its going to attract van owners, that approach road and the overhanging trees need sorting out big time.

    • @lifes4touring
      @lifes4touring  11 дней назад +1

      Hi Kenny, we totally agree that the approach road needs attention. The site was great for the cost so hopefully they will sort the road out.
      Each aire will be different, we are sure they are not all like that to get on to the site.
      Happy travels 😊

    • @KennyRoberts-w3z

      @lifes4touring yeah it's a shame because the aire part of the site looked perfect.

    • @lifes4touring
      @lifes4touring  11 дней назад +1

      Even though the Search for Sites app says to use that entrance someone has said other use the campsite entrance so maybe that is an option. We will let Search for Sites know to see in the information on the App can be changed.

    We're vanlife newbies so we'd love to find more of the Campra Aires. I know you can find them on S4S but is there a list of just Campra?
    Thanks for sharing N&Nx

      Hi, and welcome to the adventures of van life. There are great times ahead for you.
      We believe the best place is www.searchforsites.co.uk
      This is the best link that will take you straight to the sites available www.searchforsites.co.uk/advanced.php?partners=18&browse=true&
      Hope this helps and happy travels 😊

    Travelling around in the cesspit they now call the UK in a coach built motorhome is already very challenging with all the overgrown foliage and potholed roads, never mind the entrances in to expensive campsites!! 😏😪😔

    • @lifes4touring
      @lifes4touring  10 дней назад

      We agree it can be very challenging compared to other countries. Sometimes, you hold your breath hoping you don't scrap one side from the foliage and the other from a truck. 😬
      Happy travels 😊

    Thanks for the vlog. Informative.
    Do you use security cameras? I`m sure I saw them in one of vlogs but can`t seem to find them.

    • @lifes4touring
      @lifes4touring  11 дней назад

      Hi Sid, we use the Blink cameras one on the rear and one on each wing mirror. They are removable so we only use them as and when needed i.e Offgrid.
      We share them on the video - ruclips.net/video/ghhalc120MI/видео.htmlsi=Z0C9mvmLv4Pa5aBV
      Happy travels 😊

      @@lifes4touring Thanks for that. How do you rate them?

    • @lifes4touring
      @lifes4touring  11 дней назад

      I like them. However, you need a subscription which is around £8 a month for the best use. But this is optional if you just want to look a see if everything outside the motorhome is ok if in bed or away from the motorhome then no subscription is needed and you can stop and start anytime.
      There may be other cameras out there but this is our choice and there is a newer model out now which is something to consider.
      Hope this helps

    Hi guys
    Can you advise where you got your wind deflectors from please ?
    As always
    Valued vids
    Thanks again !

      @lifes4touring  12 дней назад +3

      Hi David, thank you very much 😊
      We have been asked many times about the wind deflectors but unfortunately we haven’t got an answer because they were on the motorhome when we brought them. We can all say its brand is HEKO and we believe you can find them on Amazon for any vehicle. Hope this little information can help.
      Happy travels 😊
