Why a book trilogy?

Can you imagine Tolkien cutting “Lord of the Rings” with all its rich compelling detail down to one slim volume?
I faced the same problem as Tolkien. What started as one book ended as a trilogy! 😊
Why? Because team building is complex. That’s why we see so many top football coaches fired every year. Team psychology is complex. The teambuilding action principles are complex because they’re systemic. And figuring out which principles to apply in what sequence can also be complex. Simply put, there’s a lot to say.
To simplify things, I split the content into three books. Book #1: what you need to KNOW about teams, especially their psychology. Book #2: what you need to DO (the seven action principles) in building teams. Book #3: the HOW - the sequencing of the seven principles - in different scenarios.
