The main topic was how rich avoid paying taxes but that was never discussed at a level of detail which really helped... Khalil just said that rich have the resources to hire tax professionals for advise and also rich don't pay income taxes but they do pay corporate taxes and payroll taxes and are investing in real estate and capital assets etc.. So this was pretty useless and nothing new compared to other videos on the same topic...
Does Khalil work in any state in USA? I m in Texas and might need his help n advise in future.

All passive income ideas work as long as you put the work in. I focus more on cryptos and real estate crowdfunding with the assistance of a financial consultant, I’m doing well for myself.

That's a good decision if you start now. I invested in
real estate with the help of a Fin. consultant and was able to buy my second house and hope to buy more if things keep going smoothly for me.

Great interview very helpful. I'm an accountant in MA an important note about the section on bonus depreciation. You need to becareful when using bonus because a lot of states do not recognize it. You can lower your federal taxable income but your state income won't be lowered.

Thanks for this interview, it was obviously helpful for many people. I do disagree with Khalil's opinion that Amazon or any corp paying zero taxes for a few years was beneficial to society because of job creation. There are many economists who believe Amazon disrupted the labor market, and destroyed more jobs than it created, plus the jobs they created are rife with exploitation (its workers have a higher chance of suffering a serious injury on the job). I do agree that we all have been used to corporations paying less taxes because they legally can through loopholes and being able to afford lobbyists, but that doesn't make it morally right or beneficial for the economy or society.

Can you recomend a tax consultant for investors making less than 100k per year.
It’s so sad that the wealthy have so many advantages. The wealth gap gets bigger and the government tax base gets depleted. When only the lower classes pay tax, how can the government take care of roads and bridges? Do safety inspections of food, elevators, airlines? Do we really want a world where it’s all me-me-me? A collapsing state with a small group of billionaires? I think it’s time to ask ourselves some important questions.
I know you both contributed helpful information to people wanting to take advantage of the loopholes, and I acknowledge your kindness and efforts, but I still think the bigger picture is tragic.

Flat tax on Gross Income or Net Income? It is not as simple as people like to think.
