It would be great if they add the feature 'density based color' so player colors will change depending on their relative weakness. For example, black = sitting on the max cap, white = just full sent, all shades of gray for all the between values. Also will be good if allies all have green color with the same feature (whitish = low on troops)

@2:30 I think thats a bad thing, boats already have so much downsides that that "element of surprise" is kinda needed to make it work at all, would be solved if boats were turned into "helidrops" (5x speed) but still

Haven’t played a lot of territorial, not near as much as I’ve watched, but I’d tend to agree. Now however, seeing your own (and your own team’s) boats like this would be an update I think most everyone would like.
@@David-qi1ys if the rules are equal for everyone then i think its fair and useful, in the end biggest factor is still skill and luck no matter the visuals
I never meant to imply it was in any way “unfair”. If, in baseball, both team’s pitchers had to signal the type of pitch they threw and over which side of the plate, people, myself included, wouldn’t say that was unfair. But it doesn’t improve the quality of the game.

i personally dont like how you can see the boats as it makes it much easier to boot someone off if they are boating to your land making it much harder for someone across waters to attack you apart from that fantastic mod!

Whem you zoom in the boat, the boat has the name of who sent it. This fact works without mods
ya but zooming in that much means you can miss what else is happening on the map

This is why I noticed why territorial io had a lot less player than usual. I was afraid that the game was dying, thankfully it’s just that people people playing the mod
The mod uses the same lobbies...
It doesnt take away from Territorial its basically just an overlay

I don´t actually think the mod effects the way you see the troops while zooming out, or at least I haven´t noticed it yet xD

I do like... player profile ... can see exactly who attacked with what etc... tho it kinda defeats the purpose of the game (practically it wont matter because if you take the time to read it youll probably miss out on stuff) but i do like my stats

The mod is optional, you still play like always, just with a bit more abilities that are useful, but don´t give a advantage in a fight. "Dens" stands for troop density, meaning troops per pixel. In general you can earn more land of people with a low density as they can defense worse.

The "mod" is just a website that has overlays so you still play in the base game and as such still can earn points

@15:15 which is true, though im still gonna argue why mines better, its actually pretty much opposite yours, i start with bigger sends and then decrease to smaller, we end up about at the same 7-8k and "infinite growth fase" , so why do i think sending big first is better; well has to do with bots, bots first send is smol... so i park my ass in a "butterfly of space" with 2 bots to my side and outgrow them first send ... it has a downside, in the first 2 sends im pretty vulnerable (about 500-1k troops while sending) and noobbait, usually is ok because players arnt that close ... sometimes if they are i need to adapt and then i skip one double send , the bigger sends make it much easier for me to hit the dot exactly before interest comes in
when it comes to troops and size, no difference if anything i would say i get the crown more (namely after each double send and loose it just before the next) so theoretically more efficient, but ive compared your outcomes with mine and i cant see much difference in practise due to variables we end bot fases with about the same sizes and about the same troop counts

It's surprising that modded territorial game has soo many players. Is it like you get to see these if you have these mods added but others don't or is it like a separate game or smth?
The mod only affects the way you see the game, for example extra stats, percentages on troop-bar, player list, boat routes and more. You are still playing with “normal” people that don’t use the mod.
I personally don’t use the mod but I’ve heard a lot of good things from those who use it.
LFC cat answered it well I like to think of it as an overlay.

Its more of an overlay so it doesnt take away anything from the base game. And territorial is a free game so theres nothing to really steal
