its not free you need to add credits so your account will be activated
you always get what you pay for. People are following these type of videos thinking they can have a VPS for free for life and run their website/mail server etc. from it. It doesn't work liket this.
These are great for some school or training work and then ditch after done and eventually, start again. Nothing sticks. No persistent data.
These are not VPSes... They are just short term containers using resources that are immediately released after a while.
Great for learning as long as you don't need to "save" any of the work.

In the free plan u are allowed to create only 2 workspaces. If it's brand new account, everything should be working fine, or you may have been banned.
