Mindful Moments Lakenheath Fen 2023

My recent trip to Suffolk saw me begin at a favourite place of mine.
Lakenheath Fen is managed by the RSPB and is a fabulous nature reserve with all manner of species to be seen, especially in Spring.
This short film captures the dawn chorus, the light before sunrise and some of the creatures that inhabit the area.
