- I've never had to recover so much from so much chaos in any racing game ever. I had so much fun in this race that I just had to upload it.
GRIP classic race on hard difficulty, wild engine power, 6 laps and 10 contestants on the 'FIC Outpost' track driving the 'Cygon - Ictus' in early access patch 1.2.0.

Grip Video Game probably no chance of getting a response. Is grip ever going to be on ps4? I would love to sit back and play this.
The #1 Missile in this game is very well-implemented. I love how the game warns you _far_ in advance when a #1 Missile is heading your way; sometimes you have around 15 seconds before it hits. This creates an interesting mindgame between the players competing for the top spot. If you're in 1st place, you have the information advantage, because you know exactly how far away the thing is, and you can wait until the last moment before slowing down and letting 2nd Place take that missile to the face. But if 2nd place passes you before then, he also knows about that missile and can try and do the same thing to you... or you can both slow down and let 3rd place enjoy a moment in the limelight before *BOOM,* and you both drive away, chuckling to yourselves.

It's still a fun game to ahve and boot up once in a while.
Unfortunately I find it hard to find people online. But the offline, just racing over and over, is fun too

I remember having one of these cars, just turn them on and have it run and forth across the room as they flip around
Might as well stay 2nd or 3rd until the final lap... Missiles seem to only target 1st place like crazy

They weren't all that crazy. Basically just like bananas in mariokart but they'd only help further first's lead lol

So why did they remove the mines?
It just increased the gap between first place and the rest of the pack. Made it even more difficult to catch up and add to the fun/chaos (plus just being so far ahead in first place can get boring)
1st Grip... then Wipeout.
looks cool but you barely have to do any driving at all with no sharp turns and very wide almost straight tracks like that ...
This track is one of the more tame ones. And while it looks like I'm not turning much at all, I'm fighting the vehicle and turning as hard as I can. The vehicles in this game really don't want to turn at high speeds at all.
yea i took a look at other tracks they are a bit more complex but still the width of the track makes it very easy to just keep going , as for the difficulty turning i cant think of it anything but bad .. it just means the controls arent responsive enough , i rather be on high speed and do sharp turns on a regular width track like in wipeout .
