Bass Pro did the same thing to me. I recently bought a Pro 170 and they would never call me with updates and when we called and left messages to the boat sales manager, she would never call us back. It took my banker calling them and going through another guy to get her to call him and then us. Our banker was pissed off and made sure that we got the boat the next day.
Thanks for all the videos. This will be my first boat (probably last one also) so trying to get as much info before it arrives in July. Still too cold here in NC for my wife to fish so it won’t be too bad waiting. This one was a big help and I will post a comment if I have a different experience.
I am fascinated by the response I am getting from this. I am baffled at all of the different experiences people are sharing from the purchase process, from what I see and hear everyone has a different story.
Thanks for posting so much detail about your experience. I just put a down payment on one today (3/5) and was told July delivery, probably middle of the month, and Bass Pro did require $500 down here, but the out the door price was just a little lower here in FL, very close though with 7.5% tax within a couple hundred dollars of your price. Looks like some of us have to live vicariously through you for another four-five months.
I really enjoy your videos and thank you for such a detailed process on the purchasing side. I was looking at the tracker 170 but if I can buy this boat for almost $4,000 cheaper I'd be on my mind the past this one by... Keep it up buddy!!
I was close to changing my mind on the heritage and going to a 170, but I just couldn't get around the price difference for the same size boat. The casting deck and the live well were my only issues and those can be solved for thousands less than going with a 170 over the heritage.
Keep it up buddy! I should take delivery in May-early June. I am looking forward to adding a Bimini top and some other add ons. I’ve watched all your videos and am always looking forward to you posting another. Looking forward to seeing what you think about the trolling motor.. will it be strong enough? Do we need to upgrade to a 24V? Etc. This is valuable info and your videos are being shared on our tracker heritage owner Facebook group, informing so many people. Thank you for doing what you do and I agree, hoping more people follow in your footsteps with more videos on instructions, reviews, and thoughts on this value boat of ours!
Good job Mark,I have heritage arriving in next couple weeks.I have learned more from you than at bass pro or brochures and web. What do you think of putting in a recessed pan for foot control? I have asked bass pro about mounting things and modifications and that would not necessarily void 5yr warranty on the deck.I am still researching the matter but I’m not scarred to do it,other tracker boats of same size have more storage compartments as well as recessed pan for foot control( as well as the bigger price tag).when I asked if bass pro if they would do the recessed floor pan they said most likely yes, they had to check with factory as they have not done one yet, at $100 an hour labor charge.I would know you’re thoughts on that or other deck modifications, thx
I am all for the recessed foot pedal tray, I just want to make sure I know what is under the deck before chopping it up. When I do the graph up front I will remove the front plate and investigate. It looks like I will be going out in the next week so the trolling motor will get put to a test.
Can you make a video on how you plan to make a bigger live well? This is also an issue I think I will have because I want to fish tournaments every once in awhile with the boat and the live well is just too tiny
im gonna do the 12 year financing only reason is that i want that 99$ a month payment, i dont intend to only pay 99$ a month but if i was to get hurt or the company shut down or a million other chances life has to stick it to you its alot easier to come up with 99$ than it is to come up with 300 dollars a month. just something to think about for people who are thinking to buy.
My bass pro shop in Florida reach out to me and I just had to wait a week and I love my 2022 bass tracker 175 txw and that was a great experience

100 an hour sounds good if its an hour project. I will do mine if it is feasible. I think it will be a good video to make as well.

For sure
Mark Blackstock thank you sir! Your vids have kept the long wait for the boat more bearable. Keep up the good work!

Not sure if anyone corrected you but that boat is the pro 160 not the 170 ..
Same size as the 170 layout of the 160
Dumb question ... but is this boat going to be available for a while? I want one bad and don’t want to show up to bass pro to get disappointed
pimpshack81 This boat is no longer for sale from Tracker.
Mark Blackstock what a sad day
Mark, How much do you want to sell the Lowrance for??
Chris Nicholson the 3x?
I think so. You pointed to a locater on your shelf and mentioned you might want to make a deal on it??
How would a third person ride? I was thinking about a bucket seat in the middle but what are your thoughts?
Plenty of room to add a seat between the existing pair.
Good information. Thank you.
Good vid keep up the good work!
Man I want one! Have a fat down payment and shit credit lol sucks to be me hahaha
Subbed ya I to am from AZ thinking about getting the same boat
MR-FLIP Bro I’m thinking about getting it to

Deal is over, but the 190 is nice boat too for the money a lot of room in there.

Another great video man. Damn I feel like I know you already. Lol. I’ve seen you more today than I have my wife. Haha keep up the good work.
