    I'm so impressed with your attention to detail with fit and finish. Everything rounded edges and beveled drill holes 😩👌

    Loving this build, really awesome work. Just starting my own GS750 now got the R1 front end ready to go. You've got me thinking about a single sided swingarm conversion.

      Amazing! The swing arm conversion is definitely not an easy one but it really changes the bike a lot

    Build an offset spacer for the main sprocket and trace the mounting surface of the clutch cover and make a spacer, that way you can still have the factory look and the cover will still fit just moved out a bit from stock

    I'm so impressed with this build! I'm starting a CB750 build, swapping out the swingarm for '06 Monster S2R and I'm curious how you determined your monoshock attachment point when designing the rear subframe? Any advice for me before I make a million mistakes? :)

    • @Benji...
      @Benji...  3 месяца назад +1

      good luck with the build! the monoshock attachment i just went with where it looked good and tried to match the angle it was on the ducati. i figure most other adjustments could be made with spring rate or dampening.

    I haven't seen you check the wheel alignment yet, as in both wheels in the centre of the bike ? ?

      @Benji...  2 года назад

      Thanks for checking Bill, yes I did a string alignment off camera and they seem to be good, I can also shim the subframe either directing if needed

    Looking pretty slick dude! This is something i wanted to dive into for my next GS build, but was struggling to find any info on. What Ducati swing arm are you using? Think the ones i was looking at was off a 848.

      Check out the VFR400 as well that's what I was considering. It's dimensions horizontal are nice and narrow so may not need to modify the frame much at all.
