I just binge watched the whole build series. Best cafe racer build on RUclips right now. Love that you show all the fabrication. Keep that videos coming.
Cool build. Putting the battery exposed to the elements is OK? It's right where water splashes off from the tire. Being electrical, having water all over it (in the wet) is probably not so ideal?
I bought a torn down gs750 about a month ago, completely teaching myself everything from the ground up. I hope one day I finish but I’m struggling to find all the right parts. Any advise?
Good luck with the build! I've found it helpful to list out everything that needs doing then break it into stages. It can be daunting and cause you to lose motivation, so having stages and milestones helps keep it going
Very cool build. The wheels are for sure the highlight for me. Have you checked the chain slack as you run the rear wheel through its travel? Looking at the position of the swing arm pivot I suspect That you may have some challenges with chain slack as it passes through the first bit of travel
Hi Benji. Love the build and edits. I've seen all you videos. Really cool following your journey. The workshop looks like a gamechanger to the parking lot! When do you use TIG and MIG? You seem to use both but I'm unsure why you choose either.
I usually prefer tig whenever I can, it looks better and you have way more control. Mig is better for filling gaps and is faster so I'll usually just use it for that
Why do you need to add the latch to lift the seat? You are not storing anything? Seams like you could just bolt it to the subframe and if need to remove it to access the shock or linkage you could unbolt it? What am I missing?
That's going to look nice when done . Done the right thing to fix it afore it got powder coated . It would off p##sed you off if you hadn't 👍👍👍😜🏴🦕🦄😁🤞✌️
The best video i have ever seen making such a stunning cafe racer.

I cant help, this is such a stunning subframe. Maybe the most beautiful i have ever seen. Gj :)
Looks great. The attention to detail is what’s going to set it apart

My plan is to 3D print a cover for it so should be ok
@@Benji... Nice!
Nice job ,,moving the seat latch was the right move 👍
Love it buddy!! Can't wait to see that frame back with a fresh new powder coat

I have the original suspension, swingarm, forks etc. Let me know if you need any of that
hey man, love this.
where do you get you clutch cables or the custom ones?
I got them from Revival Cycles i think
Cool project. And you can ask a question, how much money was spent on the creation of this motorcycle?
good question, probably around $10k in parts and a looooot of hours of labour. most expensive part was the wheels
@@Benji... Thanks for the answer. I will be glad to see the continuation of the construction of this motorcycle.
Интересный проект!

I've had a similar issue with one of my builds. Reach out and I can explain more if you have an issue.

Sorry to ask i can't find the film on the wheels is there one.

There's enough room to hold a wallet, phone, keys etc. so I'd say it's worth it. Also easier access to the m-unit
Looks good. what wheel is that ?
Wheels are Jonich from HSBK Racing
Bravissimo⭐.How long does it take to create Cafe races if you start with the frame and the engine without electrical system?
I'd say that depends on a lot of factors, this one is taking me about 2 years as a side project, some are longer some way shorter
@@Benji... Thank you Benji you are the Artist. Happy Easter and holidays
good work !!!
Looks good 🤙🏼 what swing arm is that?
It’s from a ducati hypermotard
@@Benji... looks good!
Just road trip development and suspension set up
What swingarm you use?
