the zener diode that u have change is connected with optocopler, u have to replace that zener diode, the output volt u want use 1v less value zener, example for 12v use- 11v, for 9v output use 8v or 8.1, 8.2v zener, also replace thr output capacitor. the output capacitor value must be the double of the output voltage, example for 12v use 25v capacitor, for 9v use 16v capacitor. input capacitor value also must be replaced with more higher uf. volt can be same as usual 400v.

What about the power output? If the transformer isn't modified, doest the power decrease as much the voltage is increasing? I mean, if the power was about 5W (5V/1A), at 12V the current exceede 0,4...0,5 amps...? I don't think so. In this case, the transformer isn't a little bit overcharged...? 🤔
That depends on the charger, on increasing voltage, amps will decrease, if your charger is 5v-1amp on doubleing the voltage 10-12v amp will be reduced to half 500ma.
