    2 C clamps
    2 chains
    2 chain connectors
1 4x4 (the one in the video was 8 ft long)

You just saved me $460. Wanted to move the base of a concrete fountain. Guys wanted to charge me $500 to do it. $40 pallet jack rental and it’s done! Thanks!

Liked how you sped up the video , trucks in the background sounded like the Jetsons. Also good tutorial.

Thank you. I’m trying to raise my patio pad as it’s pitching much more after twenty three years. The concrete itself is in excellent condition. I want to raise it ever so slightly. Thank if anyone knows how. Cheers

Now what? How did you move that big chunk of concrete to get rid of it?

Break it up into chunks if you are trying to move it. I ended up just putting dirt under it to level it out.

I would slide some 2x4s or 2x6s under the slab, then slide 2 dollies under the 2x4s, one on each side, next to the slab. Then roll the whole slab out of the way!

My concrete slap for my air conditioning unit started to warp into the dirt and the front part drifted into the dirt.

What did you use to do that beside clamps

    • @Bone89

Chains, 4x4 , pallet jacks.(scissor jacks , floor jacks , bike jacks and hydraulic jacks can all work as well)

Also some bricks to place the car jacks on

If you’re going to copy someone else’s video exactly the same as they did, at least give them the credit for the original idea back in 2012. Better still, there’s actually no need for you to show the exact same thing when it’s already been done.
Finally, since you’re throwing the concrete away, just bust it up with a sledge hammer to begin with. No point lifting it in one mass!

Easier just to break it up.
