I absolutely love the slightly darker lighting, it's still clear and easy to see, but I especially love it because I watch these videos to fall asleep. Yhank you so much ❤❤
Your videography has just kept getting better and better! Really neat piece to restore too! Edit: 19:20 Pro tip: Point the epoxy bottle tips up, tap the liquid to the base and then gently squeeze up to remove the air bubble (like what you see doctors and nurses do with syringes) so you get a consistent amount each time
Great video and excellent restoration, as usual. I love the humour and that you saved both pieces of wood when it would have been easier to replace them.
Another stunning restoration. Love the nickel plating, attention to detail and how you repaired and re-used the wooden parts. Thanks heaps for sharing.
Your channel is among amazing. Every time i see a notification i click within a second, sometimes i see your notifications pop through during work but i take some time when im on my lunch break to rest and enjoy so amazing asmr. Please keep posting some amazing content and god bless you brother
I love the attention to the detail in this restoration, it would have been so easy to cut a new piece of wood but that would have lost some of the originality, bravo for putting in the effort to reshape that board!
Love the videos. Ive been watching foe the last year, and its the best fall asleep. Problem is that it gets too interesting and you have to watch too the finish. Great work am I admire the time and effort that goes into this. Al the way from South Africa
powder coating the cast pieces always a winner , looks so much better than a spray finish. nice job. so many fake resto channels out there nice to see a real one.
@@Knilch58 it's not really a phrase, it's an *_extremely_* viral video with millions of views that's now turned into a meme; that has spread across the world. Even Germany I bet.
I was surprised to see that the leaf-feeding gear was wood, but it makes sense for not wanting to damage them. I also see you've leveled-up your wood restoration skills, very nice! Now you can make all kinds of salads! Chopped spaghetti as a tapioca substitute, anyone? XD
Excellent as always Mr. Patina 👏👏👏, thank you. Now - Chuck all that stuff in a frying pan with some cumin, coriander and paprika, and have yourself a nice lunch 😁. 😎
Hey maybe this is too personal but those look like prison tats and old track marks on your wrist. It looks like you really cleaned up your life and started this channel. Maybe I'm wrong but if not, that's amazing and I wonder what the story was. Great video. Subbing fo sho.
So, you’re wrong with the tats, I’ve never been to jail. But you’re right basically, my community and the videos helped me through hard times and the channel was the beginning of a new era to me 🙂
That was very nicely done, especially the restoration of the wooden parts. I didn't know that was possible. The demo at the end was great since I detest tobacco companies and smoking the stuff. I don't blame the plants though. I'm sure none of it was their idea.
I’m thinking it’s begging for red paint on the outer swirl of the rotor with handle. Sure would like to see it in action cutting the leaves. Great job!
Greetings from Saint Petersburg! My friend, Mr. Patina. I can't write a good comment right now that you would like. And I don't want to write banal words or cliched phrases. I'm just tired, a lot of work. But I'll definitely come up with something good and kind for you and for everyone. And don't be afraid of the Italians, I made an agreement with them long ago. I often break spaghetti into small pieces myself and, as you can see, I'm still alive!
Set screws really grind my gears. It works great if the shaft has a flat face or matching tap, but in most cases, it's used with a round face as part of a cheap design.
This contraption reminds me of my sweet wife 😖. She drives you around the twist chops you up and spits you out when it comes to a disagreement with her😂🇬🇧👍
18:38 excuse me....what????? 😆😆😆
😉😘
With the spaghetti slicing at the end you secured the life long wrath of all Italian viewers for sure!
I‘m glad no one knows my face 😅
Might show it to my Italian mate, just to see him screaming inside.
I was going to write it
I remember there is a youtube short that would say "Not Approved!"
I will not send this to Pasta Grannies. I will not send this to Pasta Grannies...
It's sad we won't see another Mister Patina video after he's arrested by the Italians for crimes against pasta.
They’ll spaghetti-cuff me!
WTF?,???????
So in love. After a stressful day this helps me to calm down and fall asleep. And then I watch it again the next day to see the result 😂
Im glad you enjoyed...twice :-D
Such beauty! Loved that you didn't replace de wood and salvaged it instead.
So pleased you saved the original wooden board .... really enjoyed watching 😊
You did such a great sealing job! it's absolutely leek proof!

😉
I was today years old when I realized, thanks to you that a sponge is the perfect way to apply paint to the text on things. Thank you. Lol
Great video and excellent restoration, as usual. I love the humour and that you saved both pieces of wood when it would have been easier to replace them.
Thank you so much! Im glad you enjoyed!
Immer wieder sehr beeindruckend, wenn diese alte, analoge Technik wiederbelebt wird.
You do wonders with wood as well. I assumed those parts were toast. I love seeing projects with different materials as well. Perfection as always

Another great restore, Herr P. I do love watching your processes. Lots of work to produce a mandoline - was a bit surprised by the ending...😉
LOVE that you always save the wood whenever possible. Kudos!
It certainly makes a rather satisfying sound when cutting. Thank you for the upload, and I look forward to your next video.
Great project, scrubbed up alright.
Using the lathe to get the shaft out was clever... always the simple ideas that are best.
Beautiful restoration job you did restoring that tobacco cutter. It looks much better and it works like a charm too. Excellent work.
Leek, carrot and spaghetti tobacco!
It might just be the next addiction!
...nice restoration 👍🙂🇬🇧🚬
Haha! 😆
The perfect accessory for any pipe smokers man cave. Lovely job. Regards from Scotland.
"Run for your life" 😂 you had my 👍🏻 at that moment.

hahahaha, your great sense of humour is way up there with your concourse restorations - Mister Patina - you're the best!
Thanks Andy!
ahh. sliced spaghetti with leek and carrots. My favourite!
I was thinking, "Put THAT in your pipe and smoke it!" (Americanism)
Amazing job my friend congratulations
Looks great as usual! You do wonderful work, Mister P. Love to see it!

I actually really like the use of the panning camera to display the finished product and the befores and afters 👌
Un objet rare et beau qui a hérité d’une magnifique restauration de qualité professionnelle. 👌👍 bravo monsieur Patina.
