Thank you so much to everyone who viewed, liked, shared, and commented on this one! We appreciate how much y'all brought the love! Just a quick heads up that we have an End of Year Party Livestream coming up on Friday the 27th of December at 6pm Australian Time: ruclips.net/user/livekKIwaoeSzNA?feature=share We will be drinking, chatting, and probably doing a few more reactions! It would be rad AF if you could join us to celebrate the amazing year we've had on the channel :D
Misa's bass style goes waaaaaaay back. Her mother played her John Entwistle ( The Who Live at Leeds) when she was very young, and Misa absorbed this as well Flea and Smashing Pumpkins who she loved too. As a bass player I have studied her style. this is what I see happening. All the melodic fuidity of John Ent, and the funkiness of Flea, BUT, she supports guitar riffs, in verse she follows the singers phrases, not only timing wise but creates harmonies with the vox melody also playing joining counter melodies in the vocal gaps . ON TOP OF THAT...Misa locks in with the drummer even to the stage of going barefoot, as she says she likes to feel the kick drum thru the floor with no lag from signal running the desk > foldback desk > wifi ear buds. Note before she took up bass she studied at an audio school/college. This is no ordinary girl. Her nickname amongst her fans is The Barefoot Assassin ! She is a friggin' genius !
I'm an Aussie in the US. As her first concert experience I took my 13-year-old daughter to see them in the back of a bowling alley in Nashville. They're amazing. Also, about Misa, she's not human but a goddess of bass amongst us mere mortals.
Great reaction guys. This is one of the best live performances I have ever seen. Band Maid are a generational band and mate I am PRAYING that they come to Australia on their upcoming world tour. Rock on 🤘
Thanks for checking out Hate? A couple thoughts. When I've seen them, I stand in front of Misa--she's mesmerizing. And hearing them live must be experienced to really understand what this band delivers. Great vid. Just to let you know Kanami the guitarist is showing deference to Misa on bass by going to a knee to to be 'lower' than her while she plays her bass intro then gets up to play in her part of the duel. She does that a lot when she's playing with another band member and they have their spot to solo or play, etc. It's all about respecting the other performer for her!
Prepare for one of my info files: "About the bass forward sound of Band-Maid When the band started, Miku the founder and singer, could not play guitar. Their management wanted a second guitar for "Optics". They didn't want to add another member to the band, and Saiki the new Co-Lead singer refused to carry a guitar. So Miku said that she would do it. At first all she did was hold the guitar and mime playing it, until Akane told her of she was going to hold it she needed to learn how to play it. So Kanami the lead guitarist started to teach her how to play. The problem was, she wasn't good enough at the time to fill in the music where the rhythm guitar is supposed to be. So MISA the bassist was asked to step up and fill in that part of the music. While normally the bass would be tied in with drums, MISA was now free to become a Lead Instrument. While Miku would fill in the bass parts, tying in to the drums. And for awhile, that was how it left. However, Miku was forced by Kanami to become a GOOD rhythm guitarist. Not by actually making her do things, merely by setting an example. Kanami constantly practices and is always trying to learn new techniques, just like MISA and Akane do. There is a single call and response on the studio recording with MISA going first, and then Kanami finishing the solo section. An example of it can be seen and heard on my channel that I recorded live in 2023 at a tiny venue (700 capacity). Just waiting for an oversea tour announcement. It feels like it's been a long time, but it been just a year since Band-Maid finished their North American tour.
So now you see their chops. This song was in the latter third of their big, 3 plus hour long 10th anniversary concert. On recommendations, often times it's best to just randomly select songs on our own, for the simple reason that it'll hit home to you that their songwriting and versatility are nothing short of spectacular. I can give you several more recommendations right though now for songs that sound NOTHING like the ones you've watched or even each other - and yet are still fantastic and recognizable as Band-Maid. They do beautiful power ballads (Daydreaming MV), fun hard rock with lots of audience participation (see official lives for Play, Don't You Tell Me, and Domination - and when you've started to become seriously hooked, the closer for this show - the official live of Endless Story with the subtitles on) - scalding hard rock driving down the highway songs like I Can't Live Without You, Puzzle Official Live), beautiful acoustic songs (Catharsis and Smile live acoustic), hard groove with a tinge of 70's glory days hard rock (Manners, Bubble) - insane and chaotic yet brilliant proggressive tracks like Giovanni and Black Hole - and after you've done enough of them, songs they've written directly to their fans that make us all tear up, like the version of About Us from @Ohrenje's RUclips channel - because it has not only the official live but the all important Saiki speech before it that talks to the fans and the song Memorable, written on their US tour to express their gratitude for the loud and crazy reception they got from us when they came here - and I could go on and on. Somewhere in there, you'll want to squeeze in the really high quality documentaries about each band member from @Ohrenje's channel (thank God for Ohrenje).
There's a recording of their song Choose Me from the same Yokohama Arena show, recorded by 24 fan cams, edited together by Ohrenje into one coherent whole. It's on Ohrenje's YT channel. Misa, Saiki and Kanami take a stroll around the arena while playing. And never miss a beat.
There are 2 versions of Choose Me on the DVD of this concert. One is as you say of the stroll around the arena - there was a camera man following them. Also SAIKI does a solo version on Piano of this song. Piano version - ruclips.net/video/1z7BVaavLu4/видео.html&start_radio=1 Walkabout in the Yokohama Arena! - ruclips.net/video/Zp2xgesCEY0/видео.html
This isn't even unique in Band-Maid, Misa tears it up and solos on a consistent basis. She is an absolute beast. I ve played bass for over 20 years and she leaves my jaw on the floor every time. More than any other band you go to their concerts wanting to see the bass player. Chants of MISA MISA MISA are long and loud at Band-Maid concerts. I love her bass line in Dice and the other call and response in Don't You Tell Me (live).
This was from their 10th Anniversary tour finale at Yokohama Arena, somewhere between 10,000 - 12,000 people. One of those in attendance was MISA's (bass) mother, there was a moment when MISA was strolling through the crowd when she came upon her mother, who was smiling ear to ear, and jammed for a bit. Mom was so proud. Some of the members of Lovebites was also in the crowd that night. MISA says that she's a fan of the Smashing Pumpkins, Paz Lenchantin (Pixies, A Perfect Circle), Jimi Hendrix, and The Who. Her mom introduced her to classic rock.
Red Rose Miku, Sept. 14, 2017, interview: At the Band forming nobody in our band had done "Hard Rock" so we had started without knowing anything - we have grown greatly musically as a Band.
Guys. Guys. Yes, MISA is the main number in this song and she is totally outstanding. One of the best basses around. But ... show the rest some love. During the entire solo section the drummer Akane was VERY busy, actually during the whole song. No normal drumming. The rhythm section in BAND-MAID can be considered lead players. And the guitarist Kanami is on the same level as MISA, at least. Moreover, Kanami is the genius composer behind BAND-MAID songs. Then we have the singer Saiki and the little pigeon Miku. Both 200% essential for the band.
We definitely don't intend to disregard the incredible skill of the other members by gushing over the bass so much. This one was suggested to check out specifically because of the bass, so that is why we paid plenty of attention to it :)
Welcome back to Band Maid! Glad you finally listened to this one, it’s a clinic. You can see why we adore them like we do. The extended stuff is only for live shows. They make sure that they put on a show. I also grew up on Metallica, I get the same vibes. I have recently discovered a new band from Japan that has an excellent bassist. Nek! (Pronounced Neck-ee). Check out their song Maze, some real Flea vibes from that girl too. Though maybe a little more poppy than you might prefer. Still worth a listen
An 80s metal band with a clean singer. First time they've been described as such but I really get what you mean. Never thought about it like that before. Definite vibes. Likely one of the many reasons they resonate with me so much.
I don't think of them that way, but if you ignore the vocals and focus on the instruments, a lot of the stuff they're playing is actually nuts compared to 80s hard rock and metal. They've got songs that are faster and harder than NWOBHM bands, they've got songs that would stand up next to thrash (Different?) and they're denser and proggier too. If you had a time machine and played this for people in the 80s their jaws would fall off.
@@chrisbergsten1429 Without a doubt. As I said, just one of the many reasons they resonate with me. The guitar tones and noodling are reminiscent. Of course 80s metal was nearly the complete opposite of what one would call progressive so no similarities in that respect. And the sheer variety of their songs alone ends the comparison there as well. Many of their songs scratch my pop-punk itch for example. I wouldn't define them as such though. They are simply B-M. All the definition that is needed.
Thank you for your reaction. My misical journey with Band Maid started with the MV for Manners. Though the MV is great I suggest the online live with Manners -Black Hole, two songs. Have fun! :)
Oh yeah totally served only by MISA ... Kanami totally didn't serve a facemelter, Akane totally didn't smack those drums amplifying the overall sound ... nope it was just MISA ....
MISA, MISA, MISA! The Barefoot Assassin showing that bass is a really awesome instrument, not just a backing one! MISA plays a lead bass, not many can!
Band maid is best live every time. You get more and you get the band's energy. Best songs from them are Daydreaming, Domination, Play, Freedom, Manners with Black Hole. LIVE. One of a line of great Japanese bands, like One Ok Rock, Wagakki, Doll$boxx and Hanabie.
Best "Piss Off" song I have heard in a long time. Of course, the bass/lead guitar "conversation/duel" was amazing! You should also react to another bass/guitar "conversation/duel" during the same concert. The song is "Don't You Tell ME". There is an official live video of the song on the Band-Maid RUclips channel.
Great band, tight, tight, tight rhythm section - one of the best out there in my opinion. Miku on the guitar, Akane on the drums and of course MISA on the bass just drive it and tie it all together allowing Saiki and Kanami to float on top of it all! Masterful composition by Kanami and how it all weaves together, and a great testament to how talented they all are with what they add in their individual parts contributing to the whole. Kanami has stated she was in an "angry" mood when she wrote the tune and of course Saiki said she had the perfect lyrics to go with it. Overall a great show by a great band giving us all the joy from their music.
This concert (at another point) demonstrated one of the interesting things about this band. All of them are really interested in continuously improving as musicians. I think they feed off of each other this way, though Kanami is probably a main driving force based on the kinds of songs she likes to write. Like, most people know about how Miku originally didn't know how to play guitar when the band was started and volunteered to "hold" the guitar (originally for visual purposes) before starting the long process of becoming a very legitimate rhythm guitarist. But, even Saiki has been working hard to improve over the last 10 or so years. About 7-8 years ago, she had an issue with polyps on her vocal chords, so she had laser surgery done, and then started taking lessons with a vocal coach to learn ways to use her voice in a more sustainable fashion. More specifically to this show, Saiki surprised everyone by doing a solo performance singing while playing piano on stage. She said she had been practicing for a while to learn to play piano, and this show in front of 10,000+ people was the first time she played in front of anyone but band members. I remember at the show, staffers rolled out the piano, and when Saiki went to sit at the keyboard while none of the other members were on stage, she looked at the audience and said (in Japanese), "Surprised?"
Here's an idea lads. Learn the Bass to Band-Maids' first MV "Thrill" on a live stream. It's a cool rock'n song from 9 years ago, so it can't be that hard... can it?? Loved the reaction. Love from Luleå, Sweden.... via Brisbane and Sydney.
The bass vs guitar duel is not on the studio version. It basically skips the duel part and goes directly into the lead guitar solo part that Kanami plays after the duel. There is another guitar vs bass duel on the official live video of Don't You Tell Me from this same Yokohama Arena okyuji. The official music video of it is also really good. The two together would make a great double header reaction.
These girls ran HARD last 1-1/2 years, especially last year for their 10th Anniversary tour jumping between America and Japan, so this year they settled down and are playing strictly in Japan. Who know what lies ahead for next year, but they enjoy nothing more than playing LIVE for their beloved fans. These big venues, like this one, are only in Japan, I saw them in Charlotte NC here in the States and it was a little dive so they are comfortable in both settings. Hope you guys get your chance to see them. Cheers!
Shambles, Different, Rinne, Blooming, Black Hole, Gion Cho, Protect You, From Now On are just a few masterpieces from one of the best rock bands of all time! They consistently deliver great material in their 140+ song catalog.
One of the craziest parts about MISA's playing that only comes through after watching them perform the same songs at various concerts is there are things that sound like improvisations in verse 2 and the 3rd chorus or whatever that are absolutely not. She will play those same variations in the same way at the same parts nearly every time. Sure she improvises from time to time but for the most part she plays the part as written. It makes most Band-Maid basslines into something like a solo underneath everything else. It's something else.
You’re definitely not the only one who gets Cliff Burton vibes from MISA Similarly, I’ve heard multiple people describe Kanami’s guitar playing (at least in their more metal-y songs) as sounding like if Kirk Hammett was playing Iron Maiden
Thanks from Japan 有難う💛。 My wife and I witnessed this very performance at the venue on Nov.26, last year. We were in bliss going through very exciting 3-hour-40-minute-long show with 33-song setlist. (Happy fatigue thereafter 😄) The title of this song is interesting. It is not just "Hate" but "Hate?", with question mark. The lyric is a little bit contradictory or ambivalent. If the girl hates the guy so intensely, why she hanged around with him so long enough to know his daily behavior (10 minutes of limp gymnastics 🤣 etc.) Is she giving him the last chance to restore their relationship? That is the point I talked with my wife on my way home.
According to urban legend: This song was written after Saiki consoled her friend singer Lisa, whose husband used a mask to visit his mistress during Covid, but was caught by journalists. There was a big scandal on TV and in newspapers.
Band Maid will usually pick 3/4 songs per concert tour to jazz up with extra bits. Many times there will be an extended intro featuring drums and bass. Play, and Manners are two examples. Otherwise, most of their songs have the bass as a vital part of the music. Try No God, or Dice. If you simply want to hear MISA, there is a compilation video, MISA Highlight Reel, on The Daily Blab RUclips page.
One reactor sums up Band-Maid in a nutshell. "Honors the past without being stuck in it." MISA is doing something in every Band-Maid song. She's a monster of a bassist, IMHO one to the top live performance bassist in the world right now, and a master at writing her parts. Kanami is the main composer and in their creative process, Kanami lays down the overall composition structure of the song and then sends it to MISA, with very little instructions except if Kanami envisioned something specific in her initial creative process. MISA does her part and sends it back to Kanami. Then Kanami build the rest of the parts one step at a time. Your instincts are correct on the "conversation" between MISA and Kanami. Band-Maid loves to do something extra and treat the Masters and Princesses (what the Maids call their fans) who spend the time to attend their Okyu-ji (what the Maids call their live concerts, which translate to "serving"). They'll be added/extended intros, solos and outro on many of the song through the evening, like this bass and lead guitar conversation which is not on the original studio recording. For a next song, try "Onset" official live MV. An instrumental beast of a song. Be on the look out for MISA's slight of hand trick. "Don't You Tell Me" official live MV from the same concert as "Hate?" is another great one to watch. "Puzzle" official live MV. All the pieces just seem to fall into place with this one. Originally written as an instrumental, but the song was so fun, Saiki (lead singer) asked Miku (rhythm guitar, backing vocal, lead vocal, main lyricist and band founder) to write lyrics to this song so she can join in on the action. PO!🕊 🤘😆🤘
The Maids are one of the 2 best rock bands on the planet. The Warning is the other. Let's hope for these 8 badass rocking ladies tour together in 2025. You will never hear The Barefoot Assassin just do a straight bass line. MISA is always riffing
Gentlemen, MISA on the bass and Kanami on lead guitar are always riffing. Akane on the drums is as good as it gets. Miku has become an excellent rythem guitar player and Saiki, The Ice Queen is amazing out front. Just a fantastic band.
f you want to know better the band maid I recommend that the reactions to the documentaries that are shown here about them are very good Saiki: ruclips.net/video/8IvcvAafH3w/видео.html Akane: ruclips.net/video/5fxIyUngHd8/видео.html Misa: ruclips.net/video/EwBQPj6TabY/видео.html Kanami: ruclips.net/video/lGS5KU2S2D0/видео.html and the band leader with 3 videos Miku Kobato part 1: ruclips.net/video/m0dYUlJ5E60/видео.html part 2: ruclips.net/video/cerctLRhgHE/видео.html part 3: ruclips.net/video/RYWUptnlUTo/видео.html sure you like it and appreciate it more than Band Maid
This band has some great instrumentals: 1) BAND-MAID / onset (Official Live Video) 2) BAND-MAID / from now on (Official Music Video) 3) BAND-MAID / Giovanni [Instrumental]
Misa bass sounds a lot like Mel's from Grand Funk Railroad ! He does the slides just about every song =) Check out Grand Funk " Inside Looking Out " 1969 live ! I feel she had to get some influence from him as well . Thanks Guys
Great Fathers have discovered that most Japanese women bands have fine lyrics that are uplifting and empowering for girls and young women. Except for doom metal, ha ha. The entire Japanese culture is all about civility and the Golden Rule. NabyMetal was of course all about bringing young people into good positive metal. Developing the ears for complicated music just like classical fans and Metal fans love. Dad of the Year awards to those that are lucky enough to score tickets to : BabyMetal, Lovebites, Band-Maid, Nemophila and other Japanese Women bands. Btw, Japan loves all of the cool Aussi tourists that enjoy the snowboarding, food scene, music scene and other culture.
Someone once commented that it would be a good idea for a guitar manufacturer to produce a new bass for Misa with a longer neck and more frets as she could do with some more notes to play. 😂😂
I'm so glad you guys didn't concentrate on the lyrics. So many times have I watched first time reactions, where the hosts think it's a good idea to keep reading the subtitles and therefor missing out part of the magic going on with the instruments.
I get the Metallica MISA only sounds like this for this song. Listen to Manners/Black Hole. Manners MISA and her bass own the song. Everyone else sounds ace as always but MISA wow. But that aside, listen to anything it's all great all different
Dude thank you i said the same thing misa is a top rwar base player and when i was making my argument insaid cliff burton vibes. Dude i feel so vindicated because someone else hard the same thing.
I just wish that the chuckle head who is running their spotlight could manage to put the spot on Misa before she is half way through her solo for a change.
Thank you so much to everyone who viewed, liked, shared, and commented on this one! We appreciate how much y'all brought the love!

It's been said that half the people who hear MISA are inspired to learn to play the bass. The other half are inspired to give it up.
nice remark

That's a perfect explanation of MISA's bass playing
Great insights--thanks!
Plus, if memory serves, she's the only one that plays live without the click in her ear, right?
People who love real music love BAND MAID.. It's REAL music, live music. A.I. Music be damned. Band Maid for life.

Seconded, 2017, 2018 and 2024
Thirdly thirded.🙋♂️

I concur!!
From their 10th anniversary concert last fall. A 3 1/2 hour , 33 song show. Consider that this was song #27.
In front of 18,000 fans!
I was here! And it was very important for my life!❤
Great reaction guys. This is one of the best live performances I have ever seen. Band Maid are a generational band and mate I am PRAYING that they come to Australia on their upcoming world tour. Rock on 🤘

We were all waiting for your reactions to this. I think no one is disappointed.
While the solo section is good, we all need to Give Akane some credit for holding things down as Kanami and MISA MISA MISA jam :) .
"They're not your run of the mill rock band"
You got that right!!!
♥ these girls! MISA is not only breathtakingly gorgeous, but an absolute beast on the bass! 😎
15:30 THAT is an incredible idea. Make sure you let us know a couple days in advance and the Carrier Pigeons will gather up a good audience...🕊️
yeah I'd watch that. extra points if barefoot and taking swig of Jim Beam.
Now ONSET live. Is an instrumental and the base part has a special magic trick and treat

But did you watch what the drummer was doing?
And not only during the "duel".
Hirose Akane. One of the best drummers in the world. Well... :D
A Band-Maid fan. A fellow bass player. Great reaction. Greetings from Sunny California USA.
Their album “unseen world” have some of my favorite songs of theirs. That whole album is worth a listen
Amen!!!!
It's amazing to see live
Not a duel, the girls are having a conversation

Everyone remembers their youth with BAND-MIDE. 80s, 90s, 00s. I'm older than you and they remind me of Deep Purple 68-75.
70s style rock for me

Red Rose Miku, Sept. 14, 2017, interview: At the Band forming nobody in our band had done "Hard Rock" so we had started without knowing anything - we have grown greatly musically as a Band.
Hey guys......just wait till you see Shambles MV.....it will freckin blow your mind just how good these girls are !!!!
Guys.
Look up the instrumental versions of Black Hole and Giovanni. It's like 80s thrash bands played at x2 speed.

Thank you for your reaction. My misical journey with Band Maid started with the MV for Manners. Though the MV is great I suggest the online live with Manners -Black Hole, two songs. Have fun! :)
You have been served by the Barefoot Assassin 🕊️🎸🥃 THE lead bassist
Oh yeah totally served only by MISA ... Kanami totally didn't serve a facemelter, Akane totally didn't smack those drums amplifying the overall sound ... nope it was just MISA ....
@@Vallkayrie Ok, calm down. All 6 were amazing, even D, and especially Miku.
MISA!!! MISA!!! MISA!!! 🥃🥃🥃 Badass Bass Assassin. One of my favorite "conversations " between MISA and Kanami 🤙🏽
They’ve been in Australia somewhere in 2016. They played Unfair game!!!
Man, how can you guys totally ignore Akane's drumming?! She drives this song forward like the bad-ass gorilla she is! 🦍🥁
I can't believe her stamina in this song!!!!!!! Incredible.....no wonder she love bananas
8:25 you're the second dude to mention her playing relative to the late great cliff's level in the same sentence.
Genuinely No God IMHO is a much better showcase of Misa’s talents and what truly makes her the best bassist in rock today.
1234 parking lot! Po
One of the few bands that are better live than in studio°
Pay attention to the drummer! And of course the singers and harmonies. In short, this group is the best.
At the real live show, they play in the same quality. Ah... much better! 🎀🤘🏻
You’re definitely not the only one who gets Cliff Burton vibes from MISA
Similarly, I’ve heard multiple people describe Kanami’s guitar playing (at least in their more metal-y songs) as sounding like if Kirk Hammett was playing Iron Maiden
Saiki wrote the lyrics for this one. It's supposed to be about someone who betrayed a friend.
Thanks from Japan 有難う💛。 My wife and I witnessed this very performance at the venue on Nov.26, last year. We were in bliss going through very exciting 3-hour-40-minute-long show with 33-song setlist. (Happy fatigue thereafter 😄)
The title of this song is interesting. It is not just "Hate" but "Hate?", with question mark. The lyric is a little bit contradictory or ambivalent. If the girl hates the guy so intensely, why she hanged around with him so long enough to know his daily behavior (10 minutes of limp gymnastics 🤣 etc.)
Is she giving him the last chance to restore their relationship?
Band-Maid + The Warning = 🔥⚡️💥🔥⚡️💥🔥⚡️💥🔥⚡️💥
🤘😎🤘
More bass? Try the MV of Shambles!
"Don't You Tell Me" live from the same show please or the even better 2018 Zepp version. 🤔Heck do both, i can't decide.😏
Plus the MV. 😁
@@jjo154 Oh yeah that's a much better idea. MV first then the live. Cheers Jeff.😁🍻
@@GaryHolloway-810 🍸🍸🍸👌
Well… Even if you don’t get it on the album, you could buy the DVD/blue ray of this concert and get the solos.
Misa said in a interview, that she was influenced by the smashing pumpkins. You should check out From now on, and Trill. They are both great.
PO!🕊 🤘😆🤘
THE best Hard Rock band you'll ever experience. Think that's everything covered.
The Maids are one of the 2 best rock bands on the planet. The Warning is the other. Let's hope for these 8 badass rocking ladies tour together in 2025. You will never hear The Barefoot Assassin just do a straight bass line. MISA is always riffing
yes please! Was fortunate enough to see their joint show in Tokyo in June. It was an amazing show! Would love more!
Gentlemen, MISA on the bass and Kanami on lead guitar are always riffing. Akane on the drums is as good as it gets. Miku has become an excellent rythem guitar player and Saiki, The Ice Queen is amazing out front. Just a fantastic band.

This band has some great instrumentals: 1) BAND-MAID / onset (Official Live Video) 2) BAND-MAID / from now on (Official Music Video) 3) BAND-MAID / Giovanni [Instrumental]
Misa = lead bassist.
Misa bass sounds a lot like Mel's from Grand Funk Railroad ! He does the slides just about every song =) Check out Grand Funk " Inside Looking Out " 1969 live ! I feel she had to get some influence from him as well . Thanks Guys
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

I've had the great pleasure of being on the rail in front of Misa for HATE
❤❤❤❤❤
MISA !!! MISA !!! MISA !!! the Barefoot Bass Assassin.
They have their instrumental song which is really great.Try from now on, without holding back, onset
Someone once commented that it would be a good idea for a guitar manufacturer to produce a new bass for Misa with a longer neck and more frets as she could do with some more notes to play. 😂😂
Find the live video of Moratorium
MISA MISA MISA!!!!!
Yo.. I am Metallica fan too..until I found band maid 😂😂😂
🤘🤘🤘
Watch NO GOD live and ABOUT US if you want to see other very different approaches from Miss. Slap and pop and jazzy finger picking, both are great.
I'm so glad you guys didn't concentrate on the lyrics. So many times have I watched first time reactions, where the hosts think it's a good idea to keep reading the subtitles and therefor missing out part of the magic going on with the instruments.
Band Maid is who Metallica would be if Metallica practiced more.
I get the Metallica MISA only sounds like this for this song. Listen to Manners/Black Hole. Manners MISA and her bass own the song. Everyone else sounds ace as always but MISA wow. But that aside, listen to anything it's all great all different
4:41 they do rhcp for a soundcheck. yes, just for a soundcheck
Lemmy
Australian? I thought you guys were French. 😅🤣
Nice reaction
Dude thank you i said the same thing misa is a top rwar base player and when i was making my argument insaid cliff burton vibes. Dude i feel so vindicated because someone else hard the same thing.
Also 'Don't You Tell ME' from the same concert if you want more of that action 🙂
Pls react to freedom live by bandmaid there’s a amazing drum solo
😁
You have to do Don’t You Tell Me Live from the same concert. Has another bass and guitar duel but totally different. It’s awesome.
Tthey should do DONT YOU TELL ME LIVE😂
I just wish that the chuckle head who is running their spotlight could manage to put the spot on Misa before she is half way through her solo for a change.
so you get cliff, eddy and everyone from early 90's
would you believe you could burn through their YT channel vids and find them all great?
