I would love a video on how you stay organised and consistent with food. Your house always look tidy and clean, your packed lunch is always ready and you also manage to do sports! I'm a student nurse and I AM STRUGGLING! My house is a tip which makes me anxious and more exhausted. Any tips would be appreciated
I'm not going to lie it's always a lot, but here's what I do to try to maintain balance: 1. Everything has a place in my home so when I clean up it's easy just to put stuff where it belongs 2. I have a daily to-do list where I put very simple tasks like shower, take out trash, laundry, fold laundry, dinner, emails, etc. and i get stuff done after work and that boring stuff usually takes an hour and then the rest of the night I can just chill 3. I try to give my future self a gift by doing one thing today that will make the next day a little easier 4. I reward my grind time with fun activities or hang session with my friends to keep me motivated and not burned out! Hope that helps, don't be too hard on yourself, at the end of the day we are all just out here tryna survive ❤️
I have tendonitis/tenosynovitis in my foot and my PT actually told me to heat it rather than ice it! Since I started doing that I have had no pain & was able to continue my training!! Hope it helps you too!!
Always love your videos! Favorite summer activity/way to stay active is encouraging myself to walk places if they are a reasonable distance - just trying to soak in the nice weather!
Happy Summer Solstice to anyone seeing this on the 20th :) My fav summer activity is hiking :) I’m out in the field a lot over the summer (I’m a botany grad student) so I’m walking a lot anyway, but just being up in a mountain and seeing nature is so beautiful and soul healing ❤
It always makes my day when I see you post. If I'm not at the gym, my favorite Summer activity is to go on long, relaxing hikes (esp. on days when it's nice and sunny outside). DRINK PLENTY OF WATER. STAY SAFE AND HYDRATED.
@@TheMorganGibson I'm not from Northern California (I haven't been there in over 20 years), so I wouldn't know any good hiking places up there. Sorry. Here in San Diego in Southern California, where I'm from, though, my fav hiking spots are Torrey Pines State Beach and Mission Trails Regional Park.
How is the knee doing ? I have had issues with mine for a few weeks. Know now what to do to not irritate it. So far it is working well , like you I am on my feet all day. I am usually up at 4 am and get home by 5 pm. Your meals sound good , what is the cost like ? Thanks for sharing your day , and thank you for what you do for the kids .

This last week I started going to the pool that the school calls splash parties on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. So much fun and it feels good to swim when it’s hot outside. I’ve been on some trips during the days but not all the trips because they cost A LOT of extra money outside of the tuition of the school itself.

PT here! Do some stretching for the muscles connecting to the knee. Try not to overwork it, but still be active. Otherwise I would try acupuncture - helps speed up the healing process.

One thing I'm doing over the summer is making plans. I'm going to try and think of things I can send her that are in fours. For her 4 years of college. Just little treats.
kiara, use one of your tennis balls, and put it right on the spot where you feel it hurts the most, and relax with all the weight of your body on that spot. When that spot is better, change to other super close and to the same, it doesnt matter if its like 10 minutes for spot, but it will help. And also stretch a lot, and put ice. hope you get better
