I have the Edifier W820NB headphone and also the 1MORE SONOFLOW, comparing the ANC of the two, I can say that the EDIFIER has a much better noise cancellation, the 1MORE doesn't seem to have cancellation, the ANC in this one serves more to muffle the sound.

That's why I decided to buy the W820NB, if you want a headphone with noise cancellation, resistant and paying a low price, go for Edifier.
6 months owner here. The W820NB is great value for money (55 euro). Can wear it all day. But the 2.8 KHz frequency needs 6dB attenuation (standing wave? resonance?). And I had to superglue the plastic headband part where the pivot is in to battle cracking sounds. Hope the new Plus got this fixed. edit: the hole for the rubber plus/minus/power is too small, rubber keys stick to the cup when operated
I always enjoy your reviews Aaron! I have the Soundcore Q45s and am very happy with them. Got them for 119.00 with the discount about a month ago. Although I have some nice wired HP like X58 and Ananda's the Q45's work for me 80 percent of the time.

Got them 2 days ago. The volume on my crappy ones for 15$ are noticebly higher. I mean it is enough for the most part, but I need a bit more for podcasts. Dunno if should return, they are so comfy.
Sorry for the belated reply. Yes, I agree that the Edifier runs a bit softer, but the Sonoflows go louder (although comparatively loose composure more so than the Edifer).
@@gearupaaron The most important issue that I have with them: they are actually amplifying wind in ANC mode. This is very strange, surrounding rumble goes away but the air is blowing in my ears. I wonder if item is faulty . When ANC is off, no air movement is heard.
I owned 2 820nb's. The seams on the ear cups broke after 3 months, so the store exchanged it for new ones. After another 4 months the pairing button on those kept getting stuck and constantly pairing so i returned those too. Thankfully the store was willing to return my money.
Ouch! I think I better return them now, after 2 days testing. Low hum eliminates great, but when I use compressed air pistol it makes as if it is closer than it actually is, very bizzare.

Where's the Aux input? Aux input is the first thing I check before considering any headset, then it's USB-C charging. If it has both, then we can talk more.
Great question. In my experience with their higher-end (and newest) WH950, SQ from the audio port kinda sucks, so in a way, I'm glad Edifier didn't include it in the 820.
The Edifier is not in the same category as the other two, so that's out, unless budget and simplicity is what you're looking for. Between the Q45 and Sonoflow, I'd pick the Q45 for ANC and app, the Sonoflow for everything else. SQ is a close fight, though. Don't know if my answer helps any!
Honestly I think its a mistake to mix metal and plastic. If its plastic go all the way with plastic. Metal breaks plastic. My q30 sound core just broke, yeah metal and plastic is worse. Gonna buy this next and not the q30. Had a cheap headphones all plastic before I bought the q30 still nothing wrong with it.

@@gearupaaronwait, if the guy meant the Edifiers, then by all means NO, the W820NB do NOT support wired stereo (analog) connections, only Type-C to Type-C. At least as far as I've been able to tell.

I'm focused on the sound quality difference, if they just sound the same id go for the orig, but if the sq is really better on the plus because or hi res wirelessly i'd go for plus
I cross-referenced both models in the Plus video (also read the comments - there are a few viewers who asked similar SQ questions) - the gist is if you don't care for LDAC it's okay to skip it. In fact, the regular model now supports Hi-Res (wired), fwiw. Go with your gut 😁
I feel like sonoflow and W820NB are par on comfort, but sonoflow has higher build quality, worse anc, and better software. qc45 are meh for the price i'd say. double the price of these but worse. only good thing is the ANC.
Probably Sonoflow, because the multipoint works smoothly Edifer W820NB Plus is no slouch too. But it has 29 hours battery life oppose to sonoflows 50 with anc on. QC45. has amazing anc, but its double the price of the other two here and dont clamp as hard. its great if u have a big head.
that's probably the only bad 1more on sale now tho, the other 1more Evo, comfobuds Pro, aero, are amazing in their price range, and seeing the 1more is only $20 more than the Edifier, that's basically the carrying case price you pay, but you also get a better sliding mechanism, and also a better build, the 1more for me is the actual a go to value for money

I got this last year for AUD 56. very decent for the price. HOWEVER, the sliding mechanism cracked. Super glued it back. So far still working strong.

You know that volume higher than 85db damages your hearing, right?

Depends on whether you like a warmer sound. I'd rank JBL, then Edifier, and Q45 from warm to technical. Both JBL and Edifier are close though.
