Hi ZRK. Mine arrived yesterday, its what I want but can you do a TDS check on before & after? Mine was 350 and only went down 5 points, I'm on my 4th tank so should be clear by now. Not sure it tastes very different. I have an RO one I normally use bit too heavy to take away, thanks.

What's the generic filter for it? I read that they have a generic one for it but the person didn't post the brand or link for the generic.
Im not sure which filter you are asking for as generic is normally like unbranded

I have this water pitcher and I have a ppm reader. It's reading 199 ppm. My tap reads 88. My 0 water pitcher reads 0. Something wrong here?
How do you remove the filter once it is clicked in though?
Press in the clips on the side of the cartridge and pull out

@@henrywiltcher came here since the filter is stuck for me as well. It's impossible to remove.
@@jessica_p_lee I have since found out. You need to kind of push it back in before pulling it out.
You have not shown how to take out the white pump
im so confused why he got a whole pot when he couldve just had it pour into the sink right next to it 😂
