Congratulations on your new storefront. I hope the Grand Opening was a tremendous success, and I have no doubt it was. A success much-deserved. Jill is an AMAZING customer service rep. Only five minutes to the one-minute lamb on his feet. Incredible. The look in Shep's eyes as Sparky tried to make friends. So great. Thanks Rachel. I so love that Sparky has found such a loving home, and a new wee friend, after the very hard times some weeks ago.
