im glad you guys have over ten thousand labels for less than 5 types of music.......
The death metal band I was in (purely for fun) wrote love songs mainly. Heavy, groovy riffs, blast beats, and songs about guys loving their wives, girlfriends taking care of sick boyfriends, and longing for your best friend romantically...really layed on the cheese. Our most "offensive" song was about cousins having it off at a wedding. The song was called "Cousin Erica". We had 9 or 10 songs...it was a blast!

The bassist is getting all of our recordings together and he will try to mix coherent/listenable tracks together. The most talented member of our "band" was our drummer, so the most complex stuff comes from her. The guitar playing (the singer and myself) play very generic power chords, so it gets very repetitive. I'm shocked that anybody would wanna hear our schlock, it was just a bunch of 20 somethings having a laugh, but thanks and I will keep you posted when we have at least 4 songs (probably on iTunes). Our band name was "The Gordon Shumway Band" because the lead singer/guitarist laughed for 3 hours straight when someone told him that it was the real name of Alf (the 80's sitcom).

It's also used in parts of Angel of Death, Seasons in the Abyss, that's all I can remember right now. Dave Lombardo is a very talented drummer, he doesn't really repeat himself often. But a lot of metal bands have "borrowed" that drum pattern from him.
