Recommendation for afk darts/knives: You can train at the sand crab dungeon from the kourend quest for that area, there are tons of 3-4 crab spawn spots and it is never full. Quest takes like 5 minutes, not that you even have to beat it

Pro Tip: If you’re going with a 43+ prayer build, the best range xp/gp/hour is to actually finish horror from the deep and cannon daggonoths under the lighthouse. Pray melee and bring a full invy of monkfish with 1 prayer pot. The seed drops (snap and torstol) as well as the ensouled heads make it considerably cheap (1k cannonballs makes you around 150k, so the cannonballs almost pay for themselves) and the range xp/hour is 80k+
LieV2 yeah each trip is about 5 minutes or so, but the xp per hour is still ridiculous. When you’re out of supplies, tele to clan wars, get more supps, go in FFA portal, and tele to barb outpost with games neck. Head back to the lighthouse, rinse and repeat. Would be even faster with lv 83 construction
And if you are a zerk, it works the same except the trips are way faster because you can use fairy rings and there’s one right outside the lighthouse. Trust me I’ve done this method loads of times, the xp is amazing, and relatively low cost for such a fast method

Quick tip: if you want to train at rockcrabs. Buy a house and hop to w30 when you need more food. You can join someones house and teleport to the GE grab food and teleport back to the house to go to waterbirth island (nexus teleport)

If you use your main account in full graceful with staminas to aggro the rock crabs it increases your xp/hr alot more. I've done it on all my new accounts I make and it means you have to bank less a well.

I cannon'd dagannoth, while training melee, when making my zerker. I may have just been lucky, but their seed drops alone paid for almost all of my cannonballs. Just an idea for training ranged at a low cost, that worked for me.

you can just cannon at moss giatns in varrock sewers and profit from ranarr seeds. its obv a little slower than hill giants but if you dont have a large bank its definitely worth it. i loot nature, law, and chaos runes, high level seeds, and mossy keys. Never lost money on a trip i always price check my inventory and subtract the cost of cannon balls
Do Itchlarians Little Helper and you don't have to do any agility as well. If you've got 700k to spare, give yourself protect from melee/smite and everything is easier, unless you don't think you'll be smiting.
fyi it's faster to cannon range from level 1 after 40 attack, equip a glory and r2h for cannon accuracy bonuses and cannon while running around using r2h for agro until like 40 range

A good yet risky place to train ranged is elder chaos druids in the wild, I got about 110k xp/hr with cannon/bp on my pure.

There’s an entire rock crab (in multi) location west of Xeric’s bank that is never used. Closest crabs to bank location and always empty

You should use steel darts instead of mithril darts, steel darts are basically the same as iron knives, and cost 6 - 9 gp each.
