- Welcome to the OSRS Pure Guide on how to build a baby pure and also a training guide. I get asked in the youtube comments and on twitch a lot of questions so I thought I'd make a step by step progress guide on making your own beginner pure. Hope to see you guys in the wild!

Also i guess kind of unrelated as the guide requires a p2p account but if you're making an f2p pure and don't have access to metal boots, you can use the stronghold of security boots (fighting boots and decorative boots? can't remember what they're called)
A tip for gaining quick woodcutting levels is to cut trees.

A tip for agility if you can’t be bothered to train it... finish the quest “a tourist trap” and throw the lamps in agility. You can also do “Recruitment drive” if you’re not worried about prayer xp.
Monks friend is 1-15 Woodcutting. Thats the best way to start the skill, there are also quite a few oak trees 10 steps north of the ardy monastery where you finish the quest. If you make 1k headless arrows then bronze arrows before you go you can fletch oak bows as soon as you get there too. (no i dont mean cutting arrowshafts, buy arrowshafts on GE and just attach feathers, fastest 1-15 fletch)
Please make a part 2 or series, this guide made me get back into RS after 3 years. Pure just hit 60 range 60 mage today :) went to your chaos alter for 45 prayer and found a lvl 13 afk, pked him for 200 d bones , which was basically 45 prayer for free lol.

Here’s a tip for alching on your account. Get a wireless mouse and put tape over the bottom of if. This will keep it from moving on the screen. Make sure you have it over the high auch and then just lay in bed away from your computer and watch some Netflix and click away by just holding your mouse. Check every 20 minutes or so to make sure it hasn’t moved off the high Alch (which it shouldn’t if you put the tape on right).
Or.. u know.. just download an autoclicker :)
When doin woodcutting do the quest A Monks Friend it takes 5 minutes and get you 14 wc

Tip #2 if you'ree a rich baller, you can train range with cannon, one of the best places would be dagganoths as they have low def, there's loads of em, and it's multi. Bring the highest offensive bonus you can get (ie rune 2h with any slash bonuses that you can, like warriors ring, or ranged set up like addy cbow after 46 range - Range being more ideal as you than dont have to worry about melee daggs) You skip the stupid low levels this way and the cost to 70 range is like 6mil - 8m with about 30k cballs + prayer pots, not to mention seed drops which will pay back a bit of the cost.

you can get straight to 9 slayer doing the varrock museum miniquest. Takes no time at all if you use the wiki, runelite also highlights the correct answers
For prayer you can use rimmington house portal. There's an NPC in the general store right next to the portal that unotes items :)
Great guide! Another fast way to sand crabs is unlocking the tithe farm teleport by entering and exiting the minigame. Skills neck is also great like you mentioned.
Monks friend quest takes 2-3minutes grants 1500 woodcut xp to get started on the lvl 35 grind
18 slayer with Turiel was an ABSOLUTE grind!

Just some input, you can get 8 hunter and 8 slayer by doing the questionnaire thing at the varrock museum basement.

don't use iron knives to train. use mithril darts they are cheaper than iron knives with better stats and the same attack speed. Or use steel darts they have the same exact stats and speed as iron knives and are like 1/4 the cost
don't use a granite longsword either, use a granite hammer it is the same speed as a scimitar. If you can’t afford it (apparently it’s 3m now) I’m pretty sure you’d be better off using a brine Sabre or even a rune scim over the longsword

Freeing Mountain Dwarf in RFD and the Varrock Museum Guy give tons of easy slayer xp for the low level.

you can also splash the god spells on your alt account inside the mage arena, then you don't have to worry about getting hit by the npcs :)

I recommend doing Fight Arena after picking up the Tree Gnome Village quest. It's super quick and can be safe-spotted with magic.

If you don't have 40 range just buy a goblin staff looks like an air staff from dingo in draynor, yeah you'll spend a little bit more on air runes but it will get you splashing with -65

@Teh Modest Mouse theres a lot of RUclips's that'll cram 100+ hours into 10 minute quality videos. Sparc will make a video 30 minutes from 35 minutes of pking. That's a lot less effort how can u even seriously argue against that?

I recommend doing restless ghost, then train up prayer to 45 first before doing the quests. Prayer makes the the quests hella easier.
I have been thinking to make a pure for a long time and learn to pk better with all the switches also. Now i finally gonna do it ncs this video motivated me so much

u forgot vampire slayer for free 20 attack + Attack dummy until 8 attack with no HP
Fossil island is also nice, because you can almost get all the money for your pure from doing birdhouse and giant seaweed runs inbetween. It also gives you some nice total levels for worlds where training spots aren't that crowded.
Bu Chi ammonite crabs -> get fossils -> agility xp

you can btw splash without green d hide vambs, from diego in draynor you buy a cursed goblin staff for 43gp. witch gives negative mage bonuses.
i used fire bolt (pre mage rework) with chaos gauntlets, chaos robes, occult, and smoke battle staff. Killed Tzhaar till 85. the cape drops paid for the runes and then some.

Zammy book is vital for both Pking and training
I mean it might be "vital" for pking but definitely not really worth using for training. Range cannon to 50+ which is pretty cheap then you can use msb(i) with rune arrows for better xp than darts unless you want to buy rune darts/addy knives (which is a lot more expensive) which will mean no offhand or just continue with cannon if you prefer. For mage its generally done through non combat training such at teleport, low/high alch while questing/training, or afk splashing which god book has no use for. And at sand crabs you are generally better off either wearing a shield for more afk or my preferred option of a bandos god book for the +2 strength bonus.
Zammy book is HUGE to have on a pure. Period

Awsome video!!! I made me a baby too my stats atm are 50attk 75str 66hp 15pray 82 range and mage im lvl 58!! Im having hella fun! Took breaks from training well not really i pk down in choas druids and slayer wilderness tasks spot my first big kill was full mystic with obby cape... second big kill was 2.6m in runes someone training at black demons!! LOL watched all ur baby pk videos..... im just not SURE when i should get 52prayer and 60attack... or if i even will tbh. HAVE fun whille making ur account dont get burned out

I did Wc in about an hour Cutting trees near G.E and the Oak trees there are also great low xp. Also use bronze armor and Green vambs and slash the Caged bear near G.E for low Mage lvls
Do the 5min varrock museum sub-quest for 9 slayer. I did wildy slayer on my 10hp with a cannon and got decent drops. 9-19 is only two tasks though- I prefer wildy because the monsters are all in one area instead scattered around runescape.

Most people now do gilded altar in rimmington since the guy that unnotes your bones is literally one house over and unnotes them for 5gp ea

I’m going to be blunt as can be, I fucking DESPISE your voice and content. On the other hand, this is the nicest and most well thought out baby pure guide out to date. Gonna have to actually sub and like the video for this one.
You can bypass the aids slayer start on a fresh account by doing some pretty easy quests. Natural History quiz = 1k slay xp, RFD dwarf = 1k slay xp and potentially Wanted = 5k slay xp. They do require a bit more questing but you might as well get them over with early. Also Monks Friend quest gives 2k WC xp which would put you 14 WC bypassing a lot of shit levels.

Why no Imp Catcher for 1-8 magic, then train to 9 for earth strike, then use Earth strile tp complete Vampire Slayer? For 20 atk straight off
A suggestion u could kill lava drag killers they have like 250k because it isnt a populair Pking spot anymore

do as much quest as possible, esp for early rewards and xp drops, train combats with slayer, multitask if possible for max money / xp especially if making it a pure with main/skiller stats
