I just got a new spyder, and the gas mileage is terrible compared to the old spyder. Good to know that it may well improve in the future 😅 my daily ride is a two wheeler, the three wheeler is for touring with my partner, who just likes trikes.
I'm not super familiar with the stats for these machines , Not sure what the brochure quotes either? , but he could accelerate pretty quick with little risk of looping , just some tire spinning. Sure looked like a lot of fun. :)
But what if your Dad knows they are much more stable and easier to ride than a motorcycle or trike but thinks reverse trikes look weird ? And you need a trailer.😁
They sell max mounts that attach behind the seat. Then you can add storage trunks or a second seat for a rider, that attach to the max mount. There are some pretty cool options available.

I got a ryker 600 and get 32-35 mpg. Its a 2021 with 8k plus miles its been a fun ride.
Happy with my 21/600 which gets 38mpg. Started out at 34mpg

0 to 60 is not just a little over 3 seconds its alot slower than that. I had a 900 since 2019 and just sold it for a Spyder.
