How I see the results from the 2017 NBA Finals:
If Cavs Lose according the Bronsexuals: Well, Of course they lost, they were up against the most dominant team in pro sports to ever play.
If the Cavs Win according the Bronsexuas: The GOAT, no question about it now.....SMH

    • @playstationRockss
      @playstationRockss 7 лет назад +26

Thats how it works, in order to be the greatest you need to go through adversity. Obviously the Cavs are underdogs. KD going to GSW, made that team too stacked.

    • @swirly7966
      @swirly7966 7 лет назад +12

Dude, you're missing the point. What I'm alluding to is the fact that these two will never stop classifying Lebron as the Greatest even if he doesn't get it done. The only reason why people still take them seriously is because Lebron managed to come back from 3-1 against GSW. Which still shouldn't categorize him as the GOAT by any means of the imagination.

the only reason i'm rooting for lebron and the cavs in this trilogy is because without him, the cavs lose, bad. everywhere, every time. the load he carries is immense. and the same was true even when he was in miami. without lebron, wade and bosh would not be able to contend. whereas if KD has an off night, or doesn't play, the warriors are still the best team in the league, favorites to win the chip. i don't care if you can pull up from half-court and drop 50 in your sleep. if you go to a team where at least two other dudes can do the same thing, you are consciously running away from adversity.

Nick´s analogy regarding the tech-companies is wrong: If one company has all the great minds, the competition will get weaker and we march towards a monopoly, which is not good for the consumer. Competition ensures development, aggressive pricing and so on. What would happen if Apple was the only company that develops phones because every other good engineer left his company? Stagnation...
And no player should care about interest in the league. If I were on a good team, that won´t win anything, I couldn´t care less about fans that say the league is uninteresting.

nick wright first of all lebron isn't better than mj nor even top 5 at this point. Its not because of this bad game; i just dislike how people use the 3-1 comeback as like"yo he came back 3-1 agasint a 73 win team". Congrats lbj you beat a gsw team that had a injury with his knee; their rim protector Andrew bogout was hurt in game 6 and iggy as well. Like come on i would rather have lebron for 3 quaters, but until the 4th because we know he comes up short regardless of this series. Nick wright stop acting like Lebron is already better than Micheal Jordan so disrespectful.

Dominique Robinson i love lebrons game, but i dislike how he plays amazing people say his better than mj. But when hevplays bad people bring he will never be better than jordan. Mj had bad games yes; same as lbj. However with micheal he wouldnt care if his shooting bad; he would still try to score in different ways and lock down the other teams offensive scorer. With lebron struggles he just seems lost at times. But whole point struggles are bound to happen to everyone Can we just appreicate both hall of famers.

Let's be 100% real, the amount of criticism LeBron gets is out of anger that he's eye level with Jordan and out of fear that he will have to be considered better than Jordan when it's all said and done. Nobody can even argue that. Jordan really was just Jimmy Butler with the refs in his pocket.

    Fans" Babershop" Arguements:
    1. Jordan has more Rings.
    2. Jordan went 6-0 in the Finals.
    3. Jordan is a better defender.
    4. Jordan is a better low post scorer and scorer overall.
    5. Jordan NEVER had a "8 point game" in the Finals.
    6. Jordan is more CLUTCH.
    BUT...
    1. Bill Russel and Robert Horry had more RINGS than Jordan? Does that make them BETTER than Jordan?
    2. Basketball is a TEAM sport. Jordan din't win those Finals by himself.
    3. Jordan being a better defender than Lebron is a Myth that was created by Media men like you're beloved Skip Bayless.
    4. Post scoring is HIGHLY OVERRATED. Just like STRIKING was overrated back in the 1st ever UFC tournament (Grappling was then proven to be the best fighting style to use in combat).
The best way to put the BALL THRU THE HOOP is NOT Posting up, waiting for a double team, then kicking it out to an open shooter.
The best way to score is to go into a "Swing swing" type of action which is SPARKED by a player driving to the basket with GOD GIVEN passing skills like Magic and/or Lebron. But Bron is also a good finisher which makes the opposing coaches scratch their heads trying to decided whether they either just let Lebron get his 34+ points OR let his teammates beat them.
This FACT OFFSETS Jordan's Post scoring.
    5. The Dallas Maverick's Coaching staff NEVER did get the Credit that they are due for containing Lebron in that infamous "8 point" finals game and the whole series in general. Just like Craig Ehlo, John Starks, Reggie Miller, Jeff Hornacek, Bryon Russel and all of the 90's NBA Athlete's that defended MJ got TOO MUCH (The "Handcheck"is WAAAY to overrated. Most fans don't even know what a Hand check foul is. Not to mention the Illegal D back then).
    6. Quantify what "Clutch" means and I'll quantify to you what an athletic, 270 LBS, skilled monster going full throttle at a defender means.

      Guillermo Gallardo Jordan has more
Mvps, and more finals MVP.Also Jordan won a defensive player of the year award meaning he was the best defender at the league at one point something Lebron hasnt and will never do.Career averages they average the same amount of blocks and Jordan averaged more steals even tho Lebron is suppose to be bigger stronger and faster.

1-Lebron being able to guard 1-5 is a myth that was proven wrong every year in the playoffs
2-Jordan is more Clutch and it's not even debatable ,whether it's by defense ,making the right decision ( passing to Kerr or Paxson) or scoring go-ahead buckets /game winners/tiers
3-Jordan had a 20 ppg in the finals only once ,Lebron played with the player who had the highest scoring performance in the finals for a 2nd leading scorer (kyrie irving with 27ppg last year)
4-Jordan lead his team in every statstical area during a whole playoff run in 1997 ,in fact he outrebounded Dennis Rodman !
5-Lebron shot under 40%fg in 2 NBA finals
6-Lebron was outscored by a 6th man in the 2011 finals lol (Jason Terry) including nailing a dagger in the face of the '"proclaimed 'most versatile defender of all time ,Lebron James .
7-during his career Jordan beat 7 60+win teams in the playoffs ,the 1st time Lebron beat a 60+win team in the playoffs was last year lol
8-Jordan is the only player in playoffs history to average 40ppg throughout a whole playoff run shooting 50%
these are few of many facts .

Why is it that when someone defends Lebron they are immediately a Bronsexual? Look, I agree that sometimes Nick and Colin have thin arguments about Lebron but they only constantly have Lebron as a topic of discussion because most of us enjoy the debate. Also, in this specific video, Nick makes some very compelling arguments. The main issue I've always had w/ the MJ vs Lebron debate is that you get a lot of revisionist history w/ MJ arguments. People never remember or even consider that MJ had bad quarters, halves and games. Especially in the playoffs. And they also make a good point that when Lebron isn't feeling it, he's not going to try and shoot himself out of it, he's just going to keep moving the ball and defer which isn't exactly a bad thing.

Michael Pun - My problem with these quote unquote "Bronsexuals" is their nature. They refuse to be even a little bit objective. Guys like LeShannon, LeNick, and LeColin will change/alter their point and create new narratives to talk about LeBron. It's just plain sick. People that still respect LeBron's game can be objective as well. Chris Broussard is a perfect example of an unbiased sports analyst.
My gripe with Nick Wright is that he is a total warriors hater who refuses to be objective. He called Steph the most arrogant player since Jordan. So I guess Allen Iverson stepping over Tyron Lue wasn't arrogant at all? Not to mention Kobe Bryant was 3 times more arrogant than Steph could ever be on the court.
Nick has also said that he hates the Warriors arrogance. LeBron said the Not 1, Not 2 speech when he got to Miami. He also walked down the hall with D-Wade and mocked Dirk Nowitzki for being sick before choking in the NBA Finals.
A lot of guys say that they love Nick Wrights take because he presents nothing but "facts" every single time. Really? He said The Warriors didn't need Kevin Durant, they just needed him to be off of OKC. Not a fact at all. Go rewatch the NBA Playoffs let alone the finals and tell me you would pay Harrison Barnes 95 Million for his "performance". Harrison Barnes sat in the corner and bricked 3s all finals. When he did drive to the paint, he got stripped every time because he holds the ball to low to his hip. They desperately needed KD. Nick just wants to take an open ended shot at Golden State because he hates them and sees them as a legitimate threat to Lebrons legacy. He said Steph was the most arrogant player since Jordan, Not a fact. He also said the warriors didn't need KD, also not a fact.

Nick wright is 100% correct. The biggest problem with KD going to the warriors is that it made them way above everyone else in terms of talent level. it made the regular and post season so boring. he could've went to the wizards, celtics, the raptors ,wolves, bulls, or stayed in okc. Im tired of people saying it was a similar situation to lebron going to the heat because lebron didn't join a already overpowered 73-9 team when he went from the cavs to the heat.
