We wanna add another important basic PM concept that you should know: 👉The different between program & project: Program is a group of projects that are similar or related to one another, and which are often managed and coordinated as a group instead of independently. For example, in CEI we have Innovation Week program which includes projects like Virtual Hackathon, Future Leaders Forum, Virtual Showcase... Note: In other industries, they also have portfolio, which is a group of different programs and/or projects within the same organization, which may be related or unrelated to one another.
