    I have been getting same results at 1000 rpm or less. Every grit has an optimal cutting speed. Find that speed. Its not always faster. Nice video.

    On Amazon, at least several 1x30 sharpeners look like Toolckrs - but the details on each don't say Toolckr as the Manufacturer. Also, is there any difference between the "Toolckrs" shown on Amazon. If so, which one is best for knife sharpening? Thank you for replying!

      I just bought one. Different name but when I got it. It was a Toolckar.

    You're grinding way too much metal off of that knife. It does not need to be that much. Taken off

      Sir, I believe you didn't understand the concept of this video. He is grinding the initial edge on the knife. There was no edge before, that is why he is taking so much metal off.
