The source had moderate noise, moderate compression artifacts but now most of it is completely gone. Noise was decreased by about 90% and clarity was improved by about 50%. I used Topaz Video Enhance AI Artemis Medium Quality (High Compression VAT) at 4K sizing with 1.0 grain at .8 size with H.264 Compression Factor of 6. The audio quality of this performance is pretty impressive.
