Absolutely love all your presentations Question : Is there a joint supplement you would suggest with all the preferred ingredients? I’m a subscriber however don’t recall if you have done a presentation on the joint preferences for supplements Hope to hear back Your definitely one of the best to reply and I totally enjoy all your presentations Please don’t ever stop Thx again for all your continued commitment to all of us out here 🙏
I personally like Dr. Gundry’s supplements, and he has a new one called Active Minerals to support healthy bones and joints. You can check it out at www.gundrymd.com/active-minerals. Thank you for your words of encouragement as well!
I recently got tinnitus. Had a hearing test and came out fine. The dr said it can be from loud sound exposure or from anxiety and stress. I hope it’s from stress . Maybe it can go away once I do something about my anxiety.
We do, but we currently require you to come in for your initial appointment so we can rule out any other issues.www.soundrelief.com/tinnitus-hyperacusis-patients/ We are working towards a solution that does not require that initial visit, but we are currently about 4 months from rolling it out.
This will be another experience. Thanks Doctor for advice.
Most welcome!

Exact same! Been freaking out in my head and need to learn to calm my stress
We should do this exercise on empty stomach or it can be also done after eating food ?
The breathing exercises do not necessarily need to be performed on an empty stomach, though they may be more difficult if you just finished a meal.
@@Sound_Relief_Tinnitus_Hearing Thank you so much , this exercise help's me ❤️
@@allone-q6g That’s great to hear!
I never learned about those exercises back when I was still an audiology student. Very interesting! How often do they work in reducing tinnitus?
It totally depends on the individual.
