Mark, a very thorough explanation of the different models. You pointed out a potential hazard to the left hand from the winch crank. With 22 years of experience in the legal industry, I suggest that you may want to install a hand guard to prevent people from getting their knuckles whacked due to neglecting to keep their hands on the control handle like you suggested. You don’t want a lawsuit slapped on you by someone whose fingers were broken due to their negligence. Lawyers are expensive. :-) Just a suggestion.

Hey Mark, great product. It seams like the release, and the handle rotating fast as seen on Suzy's video from 2017, could be an area to improve. Somehow releasing without rotating the arm so fast would be safer it seems like from afar. Beautiful products!
With a little modification I could see your tugs being really handy here (in minnesota) for people who move boats around a lot. Edit: whoops, just heard you mention a trailer attachment! 😆

Mark I need your help for your Brother: I think I also have to say MARK we need you on this. Why don't you help out your Brother with finding the audio parts so he can rock it even more. I am messing around with bluetooth but found out Bietrun made a nice unit which works with the phone perfectly just plug in and switch on and has a distance of over 40ft. Just hop onto Amazon order a few and play around with it. I think the best solution is what Kirk Giordano here on youtube is using too. His audio is crystal clear. I think we can make Mike hooked up to something like that. What do you think Mark?
I really wish you guys sold a dumbed down version of the Best Tug that was just for moving 5k to 10k pound trailers and RVs without having to spend all that extra money on the Aircraft version. Of course there are units out there specifically made for RVs and they all seem to be pretty junky and have bad customer service for the money.
LIX 59 Great question, Prices change greatly depending on what options are chosen, it’s like trying to tell someone how much a Ford F-150 is going to cost; it depends, 2 or 4 wheel drive, v6 or v8, XLT, Platinum, or Lariat edition. All pricing options are too much to go over in a short video, and could change later and we’d have to delete and redo all videos that had any mention of price, Hope this answers your question, if you have questions on what tug is best for your aircraft, and what options you may or may not want we’d love to go over any and all options and pricing for your specific aircraft at any time. 🤠👍
