He literally calls for “more power” when he first gets Yamato. Everyone knew he was Vergil’s son a hated how they had to explain it in 5 as if everyone who had played 3 and 4 didn’t already know
@@incognito3817 there were people in negation who refused to believe that Nero was Vergil son, to the point that they were claiming that the DMC4 novel deadly fortune wasn't cannon (which thanks to DMC5 we know it is), using details that were different from game in the novel, such as Red Queen being melted in the final fight against Sanctus...

I always preferred the Devil May Cry 4 character designs more than the Devil May Cry 5 versions. Nero looked much better with his hair as a mullet and Dante looked better in his Devil May Cry 4 clothes than the 5 version of it.

You right, i didn't like at all the characters desings of DMC5, i mean... damn, they're weird af
I'm actually the opposite. I preferred the more realistic direction that the reboot and later 5 took. I know a lot of people hate the reboot, but it is a very pretty game, and the art direction holds up today. I didn't think the realistic look would translate as well to 5 at first, but it honestly blew me away when I played the game through the first time. There are some scenes in 5 that I think just wouldn't be as impactful in the old art style. Scenes like Nero getting his arm brutally snapped off and left to pass out in a pool of his own blood, V getting weaker and literally beginning to break apart, lamenting his past mistakes as Vergil while he clings to life, Nero unlocking his full Devil Trigger and beating some sense into his squabbling uncle and father, I just can't see them working as well in the pseudo anime look of the older games. Details like Qliphoth victims turning to dust as you touch them, the roots infesting a gritty, ruined, abandoned city, makes it feel desolate and communicates to the player how dire the situation is, even for experienced devil hunters like Nero and Dante. Also, and I know this is petty, I just think the characters in 4 are a bit overdesigned. Too many belt buckles, buttons, chaps, zippers and other bells and whistles. They feel too flashy, if that makes sense. Like they were prioritizing the outfits looking cool over being practical to wear.

It's the Charged shot that makes the difference (Nero's arm glowing red), or the bosses wouldn't be nearly as quick to beat. It just sucks holding it down on the controller... Also, how did you stop Agnus from summoning those obnoxious dogs?

He had on him both the Sparda Sword AND got impaled with Rebellion.

I think it had to be done in his home for spiritual purposes. As both Vergil and Dante went there to stab themselves.

This isn't on Dante must Die, or at least it's not for the Dante fight. The Dante fight in particular is what I came here to watch after scraping by him using a fuck-ton of items and it's what gives it away. He has WAY more health than he does in this video, and without using Exceed it should've taken even longer.
Dante is taking shitton of damage from both Charge 3 and Buster.
I know what you mean man, I know it seems like he is doing way too much damage, especially in that first Dante fight, he really should've showed in the video him picking DMD, as it just not very believable otherwise, not that he cares what I think though lol.
@@chrismilton3240 I don't get the restrictions on exceed but you don't restrict yourself from CS3 and Buster, both of which make the bosses just as trivial as Lvl3 exceed loops since they're really just walking giant meatbags even on DMD.

Bruh, if this was on human mode bosses would die in mere seconds. If this was on automatic, his sword would enter exceed automatically, not to mention pull off complex combos by masing the sword attack which doesn't happen in his fights here
lier you said basic weapon..But dante had a shutgun it suppused to pistols!!
Shotgun is one of his starting weapons so its considered as basic
