@@kunbi17most people at this age don’t actually! Every practice they have though they see it so it’s very easy to memorize. Coming from a gymnast who experiences this quite often.
Collegiate Gymnastics has wayyyyyyyyy more personality displayed than Elite. I like both. I’ve never been a gymnast but used to figure skate. I’m in awe of how hard these ladies work. It’s mightily impressive!
I love the supportive teammates in the background. I do cheer and having them watch your routine gives me so much more confidence and energy and I can see that they all enjoyed it.xx
it’s a leg brace and a lot of gymnasts wear them to help not bring back old injuries and stuff, I used to be a gymnast and you’d be surprised with the amount of injuries you can get just because you didn’t stretch right or smn
It makes me wonder if be chorey for this routine was inspired by her not wanting to move her joints too much haha.. either way such a fun routine she killed it!
These wowen are amazing most people dint realize the strength the struggle the pain they perform thru and the rules and points they can lose for some archaic rules. They are extremely talented and perform thru more pain then a football player ever could endure !!

ive had knee problems too- when i was 11 turning 12 i dislocated my right patella and got surgery on it, my physio reccommended braces and tape for my knee while i was swimming so maybe go see a physio ??
I've had knee problems for like 10 years, all doctors r ignoring me not even checking it and just saying I'm faking it, dance teacher thinks I popped it out or smth when I was rly young and it never fully healed, but this is so real 😭 literally can't wear anything on my knee to comp and stuff and I try not to wear it to class either cause honestly it gets in the way

as a gymnast, the teams mates/coaches always know at least some of the routine because in practice you “compete” routines during comp season and everyone watches. plus it’s fun
