I love how you're taking things stride (glad that cabinet didn't injure you!) and enjoying life regardless. It's refreshing to get the unvarnished truth. The views are fantastic and you seem to be getting well acclimated (okayyyy with the Espagnole 👀👌🏾) Also, get back to Ikea and purchase a full length mirror because I'M ANNOYED FOR YOU! lol Anyway, enjoy girl. Frikkin FREEZING up here 🥶 Merry Christmas!!
Vie, girl! You totally get my struggle with the lack of a full-length mirror, like, what were they thinking? 😂 Thank you for your kind words about the cabinet situation; it could've been way worse, so I'm thankful it wasn't. And yes, to adjusting slowly and learning how to navigate this new life. I feel so privileged to be living this life, so I won’t complain too much. I’ll just keep sharing my experience as authentically as I can. I’m sorry to hear about the cold weather, sending you warmth from this sunny island, even though we’ve been getting nonstop rain for the last three days! Stay cozy and Merry Christmas to you and your young Prince! 🎄⭐
I'm a firm believer that everything happens for a reason! So the person who invited me to the boat party, her bff was in town for her birthday, who was staying at a resort. She went to pick her up from the resort, but her friend was not ready when she arrived, so time was going. As she told me the boat leaves at 2:30, I got there about 15 minutes prior to give myself time. So when I got there and didn't see her, I was a bit concerned. Tried calling a few times and didn't get her. She called me back and told me she doesn't think they'll make it to the boat in time. I was a bit taken a back and disappointed, but wasn't upset about it, because everything happens for a reason right. So shortly after I decided to make the best of the afternoon, grabbed some food and chilled at the beach. She decided on her way home she was going to stop off at her mother's property, she went there and the place was flooded, water everywhere. She sent me a video, because she wanted me to know she wasn't making stuff up. I believed her regardless. But, if she went on that boat ride, who know whats would have happened. Plus, she was leaving for a trip for the holidays. No sweat off my back, no loss, no foul. I'm happy she was able to rectify that issue.
