Thanks zone off road. Just wanted to ask you about the preload spacers I would only use the thicker one to make it level also, what is the offset of wheel thanks
Did you have any problems with the front Stabilizer Shaft Link? Seen a lot of stuff with rubbing and having to be replaced with the new longer ones from GM.
what kit is that? my kit (66-3921) for my 2023 AT4 only has four spacers in total - two for the lower strut and two for the two top strut spacers - and the instructions have no reference to disassembling the strut????
Question. So on an AT4 just adding the 2 inch C spacer under the shock is that a remedy for disaster? I see people doing this on You Tube. Could that cause the control arm to snap or fail and the tire fall off.
Part of the reason we add in our adventure series control arms is to make sure everything is in the correct factory operating angles where you can avoid the ball joints wearing out on the factory arms and everything stays intact.
Pretty sure you did way more work than you had to. I'm about to put a 3 inch level on the top of my struts on my trail boss. I did the same thing to my 2013 silverado and did a lot less work to get it done.
Holy shit. This is way more work than I wanna be doing just to level it hahaha
C bracket level for the win.
Does this kit fit the new 2023 silverado zr2.? I want to install 35x12.5 tires as well.

How much lift is just the top spacer? I'm running bilstein shocks so I only need the arms, but would like to maybe run the spacer as well
Im running Bilstein 5100 at max height and a Ready Lift 2" SST kit. I put on 295/70r18 BFG K03 with no rubbing.
I’m assuming you’re not supposed to use your Auto 4WD with this? I was looking at this kit, but I really don’t want to sacrifice my Auto for it.
Why aren't you supposed to use the auto 4WD?
Makes no sense

The strut can come out by itself without removing everything else.
Does this work for zr2
Is that out tie rod nut really 22MM? I though they were all 14MM up front.
Does Auto 4wd still work?
Why wouldn’t it?
Is this comparable to the rough country level kit?!
This is way better than the RC kit.
Doesnt the trail boss have a factory lift on it?
Yes 2"
Yes, but its not level and kind of looks like crap without a leveling kit.
@@jamminjay it's negligible at best. People are just justifying their purchase
I'm adding this kit to my 2020 AT4 along with airbags to the rear. I also tow a 7500lb camper, will adding the leveling kit cause me any problems?
Wow great thorough video.
The front sits higher than the back with this kit.

Does anyone know where I could buy the caps and what size I would need ? Mine when they installed it didn’t have the caps put on

So using both spacer plates gives the TrailBoss a nice even stance ?
Wow awesome work
what size tires did you put on the truck after the level kit?
We put 35x12.5xR18 Nitto Ridge Grappler Tires on this Trail Boss.
Just put that kit on my 2022 Silverado Trail Boss refresh...295-60-20 factory wheels...no rubbing with 1 1/2 adapters...Nitto Recons......
@@ZONEoffroadproductswhat wheel offset?
@@geraldcheatwood3283 any pics?
Why can't I find this kit on your site?
What kit is this again??

What kit did you end up going with ?
Its squating in the rear lok
Did steering need recalibrated since it has electric steering?
Instead of doing this for all that money can i just drop the rear an inch or 2 with some shackles to even it out ? Lol
Not one question was answered lol 🤣
AND...
Void any warranty left on the vehicle...
All that money and time for a 1.3 inch lift 😆
it's about $400/foot give or take
Yeah cause I ain't doing it
The point is to get rid of the factory rake
