The Exorcist: Believer is a 2023 American supernatural horror film directed by David Gordon Green. He co-wrote the screenplay with Peter Sattler from a story by Scott Teems, Danny McBride, and Green. The sixth installment in The Exorcist franchise, it serves as a direct sequel to The Exorcist (1973). The film stars Leslie Odom Jr., Lidya Jewett, Olivia O‘Neill in her film debut, Jennifer Nettles, Norbert Leo Butz, and Ann Dowd. Ellen Burstyn and Linda Blair reprise their roles from the original film. Its plot follows a photographer who must confront evil when his daughter and her best friend are possessed.

Demons are fallen angels sent to tempt humans away from God, whom they fear but obey... So how in the heck are you going to get rid of a demon without God the Father, Jesus & The Holy Spirt? That would be like a stepmom asking her teenage stepdaughter to not use her phone again.
It’s interesting that you said this bc I was talking to my partner about if Demons were real or not & I think they are if you believe in God, so this makes a lot of sense to me.
