Secondly I've got a question : I'd like to learn mixing tunes with my midi keyboards and controllers but one problem I don't know where to get an instrumental with all the separeted channels. I don't have the level to make a reggae-dub instrumental myself atm. Is there a way of getting instrumentals with all the separated snares / kicks / piano and etc in a way to use them into a software ? Thank you in advance Peace ! :)
The other option is to filter the frequencies of a tune you like, into bass, mid bass, mid an treble, and then send effects on which ever of the resulting tracks.

Learn to make your own! it is not so hard and it's a lot of fun, just take a few lessons if you can !
