why use a steel skill over cyclone with cwc setup? just so you can be range?

yeah its ranged can do off screen kills, fires 10+3(with ashes) projectiles with pierce, and returning projectiles. Sums up its safe for u and the holy relics not to die. It will do more hits because of the returning proj.
