I knew a guy who was only child and whose parents owned a market garden with lots of land in the suburbs, probably worth millions. I don't know how it happened but his aunt apparently gained the property. He wasn't very educated and may have had some mental illness stemming from dyslexia or illiteracy? He possibly would have benefitted from consulting a lawyer but no job; thus no money for legal fees. First time I've mentioned this, he's dead now. The aunt may have taken advantage of the situation?
Wow that was so interesting and articulate I love the way you explained everything in such a simple way, because at first looking at the chart can be a bit intimidating especially for a beginner like me, I also read that in nikola’s theory he said that Nothing good can come from the 18th degree in any sign and I happen to have both my IC which is in Neptune and Uranus in the planet of Aquarius In 18 degrees/my Midheaven in leo in 18 degrees and I can’t find any Information on what neither of them mean in this specific house so if anybody has some information feel free to share

Love this! I'm curious if you use this technique predictively for an entire chart (for example looking to each house cusp's degree to show some major event that might happen there, and then the ruler of that sign, etc.) or if you just use it for something a little more specific like this.
