Advanced countries consider study as way to learn stuff and not cram and just be good at maths and scienece as they do not have unemployment problems in other fields than STEM. Hence stating you need extra classes is miss leading. It is like applying your indian mentality to Sweden. It is a different country.

Inefficient medical system is a big concern in Sweden. Can be dangerous if you aren't the healthiest person and depend on timely medical care.

Yes madam,you are telling true but the inflation is found every where in the world due to the crona pandemic.We had opportunity to visit in Sweden to see my son and daughter-in-law there on schengen viza 4year back.First Wee had to visit to Delhi twice to complete the formalities for visa.But the EU rules are very tough regarding visitors particularly for family members that they not permit to stay more than 3 months without solid reason,so it is very expensive visit to Sweden.
