Follow ko po yung recipe nyo kase super favorite ko ang kutsinta, yung lola ko nagluluto po nyan pero old ways yung ginagawa nya. Need to order lang ng smaller molds. Can’t wait to taste my own version of kutsinta. Thanks for doing this po.

Ingredients: 1 cup all purpose flour, 1 cup cassava or tapioca, 1 1/2 cup brown sugar (dark better), 3 cups pandan water(boil 5 pandan eaves in water), 2 tsp lye water, 2 tbsp annato water. Mix well all ingredients. Strain the mixture. Leave mixture for minimum 1 hour. Mix and remove bubbles. Place mixture on greased molds and steam for 25 to 30 minutes.
Hello po. I tried this recipe. More than 2 hours in the steamer. It tasted ok but tanong ko lang why it took me so long to steam compare to Mang Peps. I used aluminum molder. Thanks
