Pacts aren't really necessary, just use what you have and if they aren't great skip the undetermined fates and just replace the useless nodes on whichever pacts you have. I'm well over DPS cap at the moment and still easily cap the dummy even with no pacts equipped.
(Although the loot pacts helped a lot with farming......)

hi i am trying to follow the build but i am unable to get the sealed mana compensation needed to activate all my passives. i currently have 41% sealed mana on gear , 10% from slate. (total 51%) and all my passive skills equipped with -16% sealed mana compensation precise: selfishness. I notice u have a total of 78% sealed mana compensation but i am unable to find where the source of it all is.

The helmet and trigger is fairly required.
