I will explain step by step how to instal genshin impact mods in 2024, it's very easy, everyone can do it.

ofc the mods folder is empty if you haven't extracted any mods into it, yes mods work even if you dont have the character, u can see it on multiplayer friends or in the character archive

I’ve directly modded the game files on other games that technically don’t allow it. Sure it is risky, but there seems to be no reported cases of bans on Genshin, especially seeing as this doesn’t change any files. So I think I might try at least.

edit: that means you are on a phone/tablet device I guess, then it wont work either way

@@srzakgthen it should be under settings - graphics, if its not there I would try to skip that first step

It has been injected… but for some reason the skin isn’t showing up and F10 isn’t working

@@Sharki_VR-vc3yx I fixed it, there was two folders inside of each other, you need to take it out so there’s only one folder
Dainmon! I tried to download a Mod and for you it already was in the 3dmigoto file but for me it was in a seperate file, i cant extract the mod to the 3dmigoto file aswell.
just pull the ziped folder (skins) into the mods folder of 3dmigoto and choose extract here by right clicking the folder that contins the skins

does this save ur game progress tho? like for example if i level up my characters with the mod on and remove it, then load in from the genshin launcher, will the level up still be there?
mods are only visuals, they dont change anything about the game at all

This only works on PCs/Laptops. If you are playing on PC but still dont have the option, skip this first step

But nah, fr, the only reason I don't mod Genshin is just cause the risk is always there, and I don't wanna risk neither my main nor my alt accs.
Ive used actual cheats for over a year and nothing has happened and mods for skins have 0 danger because hoyo doesnt know all the apps you have downloaded
Is there risk for that mod?
Technically yes but since it's altering your VRAM and not the actual game files themselves, it's a lot harder for you to get caught unless you're like streaming your mods or something.
Question. Not that I’m seeing anyone trying it, but is there a restriction preventing people from converting characters into their younger forms?
(i.e. I am using Lumine as my traveler. I really want to see a mod that transforms her to either Klee sized, or even have Lumine as a clone of Paimon).

Your friends will not be able to see the skins, it is strictly on your display only

@@I_mnotVladthis isnt even the problem, because genshin cosmetic mods dont actually modify game files as is. But no it will likely never work on mobile because of the difference between mobile rendering snd pc rendering
