Unrelated question but when it comes to lessons, do your paraprofessionals plan any or do you assign most of the lessons they work on with the students?

I assign them all - we use Leveled Daily Curriculum so it’s all planned out. However occasionally, my paras will plan a lesson. I know in other classrooms, some paras plan art lessons. Hope that helps!
