@@KSL12 Thanks for the reply, I think it has been standing on the dealers floor for quite a while. So the fuel will be stale plus a dodgy battery.I suppose electronic ignition needs a minimum voltage to activate. Last had a BSA rocket 3 50 years ago, so I probably need to practice my kick starting technique, electric start bikes has made me lazy.
Yes i am a similar age it is fairly weighty, that's why I sold it. Maintenance shouldn't be a problem as long as the oils are changed regular. Thanks for watching.
@@brucegeange7082 That sounds like a keeper. Sold the T150 for £7500.00 to a friend. Still got the Velocette Venom and Royal Enfield Interceptor Mk 1A. Hope to use them a bit this year.
Thanks for that, I'm having trouble starting my t150, bought it last week, I think I need a new battery.
Yes they do need a good battery especially if it has electronic ignition. Always make sure it has fresh fuel in it. Thanks for watching.

@@kostoglotov2000 Yes me too . the triumph normally starts 3rd kick unlike the Velo. Good luck.
Wow! Starts first time!
Impressive, can you get away with not tickling the middle pot?
Not normally but with the electronic ignition it certainly helps starting first or second kick. Thanks for watching.
Did you find the Trident a bit heavy? I’m considering one but worried about the weight and maintenance issues; I’m nearly 65!

You need 3 opposable thumbs and a PhD in nuclear physics to adjust the clutch though!!!
