Sorry, i can't undestand very well Japanese
But, thankful, there a english version, and i pretty sure that the text is the exact same as the Japanese version (just in english, of course), even the Tcrf wiki is correct

i played this game as a child, its english release was called "Little Nemo: The Dream Master" and there is also a animated movie simply called "Little Nemo"
