You have my deepest condolences for the passing of your father and your childhood friend. I lost my father due to a 9/11 related illness and the corona virus back in June of 2020. He was nearly killed on 9/11/01 when the south tower collapsed down onto the street where he was standing and he had inhaled a lot of toxins, asbestos, and other particals in the dust. For 19 years he battled emotionally and physically and he lost over 100lbs and only weighed 120lbs before his passing. 4 years after his passing, it still hurts today man for real. I know how you feel. I try to keep in mind that god is good and he has a plan.
