- An accidental video of sorts… was randomly home for the weekend and got to see what trucks were doing my neighborhood. It had been a while since I’ve been home for trash day and a few things have changed a bit. The most exciting surprise was to see that the driver who did my recycling from 2007-2017 was back on my route! It was really good to catch up and see him again. One thing led to another and I accidentally ended up with a full video tagging along like the old days.
DSI got around 15 of these trucks earlier this year, and it was good to see one of their best drivers got one. These trucks are super sharp, don’t sound half bad for CNG, and have pretty nice speed. The identical truck for trash on the same route makes an appearance or two as well.
A huge thank you to Chevy for years after years of entertainment. Hope you like the video!

Awesome video! These trucks are pretty neat. The speed is not bad, they sound decent, the yellow arm is cool. Definitely pretty cool to hear that this driver did your recycling 5-12 years ago. Glad you uploaded again, definitely has been a good bit, great work!

I’ve been seeing many of these in Wisconsin…it’s really sad to see the old fleet of ex Veolia LEs and LEUs we have there get phased out, (luckily my yard still has a small fleet of ex-Veolia LEU Automizers) but at least these aren’t the most boring truck ever. Great video bro, it’s definitely been a hot minute!
