One thing I learned is to not base things on motivation. Cause motivation sometimes falter! It's best is to be disciplined to consistently reach your goal. Keep going!

We love your vids in the UK!. However, companies also need to take a lot more responsibility for contributing to a salesperson's success. The companies my business looks after are big on lead gen as giving lots of leads to a sales team tends to create well motivated, successful salespeople. Personally, the first place I look at if sales drop or become demotivated is whether marketing is well resourced enough and usually that's the solution. Just my $0.02
