Compare that to Huo, 50% skill damage bonus and 40% attack and all of his skills are active, and can be used for field and rallying and not to mention he has healing too? Come on you’re running around with 2.7k damage factor, and march speed for field that’s it.

For talent build the best is full smite tree and do not take “ PACK A PUNCH” and on infantry you go for hold the line and health and 2 points in the cavalry damage (the spear) section.

Could you do a 5v5 (or 4v4 or 3v3) where each side brings the same 2 (or 1) cav and 2 (or 1) archer marches but different single infantry march: one side has Scipio/LC, and the other side has WW/LC? I think a question many people have, especially among newer players is, "is Scipio/LC still the strongest single infantry march for KVK?"
Last kvk I used Harald/Alex for my 5th march and surprisingly, it traded better than boudica/zl and newsky/Joan. Instant proc is so powerful in real fights
Actually Harald/Alex was a regular open field pair back in time when skippy showed up in the game. A lots of peeps was having guan/harald so when skippy arrived harald/Alex combo helped to pull put 2 decent inf marches.
Well to be fair. It was suppose to be damage boosted by normal damage. So they gave liu che the open field comm a attack tree that boosts that. But after it being known as smite the smite tree is a new edition so they now in newer commanders with the smite tree differentiate normal damage and smite damage and that is why liu che and gorgo don’t have the tree. It’s because it was doing to be based on normal damage but now smite is it’s on thing in the descriptions.
Should be mentioned that scipy liu che does a bit worse against this march because both of them have skill damage reduction but ww/liu do no skill damage. So that march is still great against other skill damange marches just not against ww/liu
As a person with a lot of inf gear and not really many pairs. One of my matches is still pakal Harold. My lc is still with Alex and I’m using guan scipi and I don’t have gorgo maxed. Do you think Wallace is someone I should aim to expertise as a pretty medium spender
Mate pakal/harald isn’t effective anymore don’t run that on the field. I have harald. He is one of my fav commanders but his time has passed. I run the exact same two marches as you. IMO the synergy of Liu/che is perfect. WW doesn’t have any instant proc. You gain 5 aoe rage reduction and mighty shield..ok. I’m not a fan of guan and prefer to have scipio primary so you could do scipio/WW but again is it worth it and what does WW bring to aid your other marches? If you haven’t got ZL/hermann I say do that. On cav part I feel both huo/william and nev/joan are killer and bring so much to the table.
William wallace isnt worth replacing your alex begind liuche WW isnt that great.. Probably just max herman and wait for new archer to come. If new archer isnt as good as zl then invest of zl instead Or maybe just hold your sculptures to see scipio amelianus does better than william wallace

Go cheez, you could do Guan/Alex, WW/Liu and Scipi/Sargon. 3 amazing inf marches. In addition you could do Nevsky/Joan and Zhuge/Hermann. Probably the best 5 marches in ROK. ❤
Hello chis. How about 4-5 troops of WW/Liu Che on the field hitting the same area/troops, can the 45 rage reduction stack? 4 troops of WW/Liu x 45= 180 rage reduc.
3rd skill applies only to one smite damage over 1k. If it triggers for WW it doesnt for LC because its on CD. Same works other way, if it doesnt trigger for WW and isnt on CD it can trigger for LC with 80% probability. Thats why most cases it triggers only for WW
@@MrKlejuit won’t process often it says cooldown 10 sec and only will work for the active skills only because it has over 1k, based on all my battles it proc every other skill cycle either on lui che or WW

I will never understand people only pairing Alex with LC. Lol Everyone's crazy for that combo. I've done a Ton of kvks with Scip, Alex, Gorgo, Guan and LC. Scip / LC has been my go-to for a bit, but Scip is a skill damage and LC is a normal damage so there's a degree of mismatch there... Same mismatch that LC / Alex has. Using all different kinds of combos, Scip / Alex has the best trades of all of them if I check my Ark stat screen. As soon as I max Wallace, I'm going Wallace / LC with Arch formation and back to Scip / Alex with Wedge. I get way better trades with Scip / Alex than I do Guan / Scip. Base stats are better than LC / Alex too. Scip / Alex has 40% more attack, 20% less defense, and an Insane amount of march speed that regularly outruns Cav marches. Lol 20% more defense is not worth that trade off imo. I just don't get why Scip / Alex isn't more popular. Lol Edit: The above stat numbers are with entire inf tree maxed on LC too. Elite Soldiers gives 2.5% to attack, defense and health, plus you can take one more % defense and health too. 2.5% attack, 3.5% health and 3.5% defense beats going for effortless imo. Effortless is 2.5% attack every 10 seconds you're in combat. Great for dueling, I suppose (Though even fully ramped up to 10%, I'd still take the 2.5% attack, 3.5% defense and 3.5% health.)... But how often are you spending 40s in a fight with LC? And how much are you losing in stats you could have already had while it's ramping up?
Guys why make your life so complicated? Keep using Guan/Scipio and just add Wallace/Liu to your murderball. Running just one type of troop is abysmal! Go for mixed marches and you're all set. 😅 Now that Wallace is out, keep gorgo inside your garrisons where she's intended to be and get Wallace instead. Guan yu, even if he doesn't do much damage still at least for me, is meta due to his silence and with Scipio he does wonders! He's not going to the bench any time soon for me.

If WW is the secondary commander does his talents really matter when they dont work since only the primary commaders talents take affect? This has always confused me because ove always heard only thr secondary commanders skills work. But every guide goes over the secondary commanders talents and gear as if they do work.
He went over the talent builds for WW primary and Liu che primary. If you decide to have him secondary then no his TT doesn't matter. Many will run him primary however.

690 heads for a non-aoe commander that may be slightly to decently more powerful than Scipio... doesn't really seem worth if you wanna run only 1 inf march

I have the same situation here and I'm strugling to find the best pairs. Maybe I'm gonna run Gorgo/WW, LC/Alex and Guan/Scipio. But it always feels like I'm losing a great opportunity to run the best march in field (WW/LC).
Soon canyon gonna be 4 inf march and one of cav or archer lol Cus honestly, guan/scipio is still good for canyon and since boudica is out of canyon, there's no other commander to ignore his silence. Trajan/mulan is still cooking In canyon and so is Constantine. Sooon we gonna see Constantine/Richard (again), guan/scipio, liu/WW, trajan/mulan lol And btw chis, you should have tested ww/liu vs liu/WW so we could see which one is better as primary.
Most likely it’s coming. I heard from trusted sources that next City Skins will be Damage increase, and Special effects for Rally only, or for Garrison only. Or field only.
I think Alex is better than Wallace on the open field Wallace is a selfish commander compared to Alex. Alexander has are debuff and buffs, he also has one of the highest attack stats in the game that buffs lc hard

For commanders with 2/3 rejuvenate on the Support tree to prevent over-raging, do we need to upgrade that to 3/3 now to counter WW’s rage reduction?
That won’t change anything the rage reduction is reduced regardless. You’ll just be over raging and gain no benefit

William Wallace. Because bext Archer is coming 3 months later and could be better than Hermann, if not then at that time you can work on Herman.
Other choice is making Wallace 5155….. and making Hermann 5551.

stay with the march you have ww liu might edge it to top spot but if your running one march inf i wouldnt bother dropping 690 gh
Scipio liu che is great against skill damange marches, so don't take these reports to say that this march doesn't work anymore, it just doesn't work against ww/liu because they don't deal skill damange
690 heads for a non-aoe commander that may be slightly to decently more powerful than Scipio... doesn't really seem worth if you wanna run only 1 inf march

We need more tests with Gorgo, Gorgo/Lui doing great, and we have Alex .. I don't see where WW will fit here. I feel like maxing WW won't help main Infantry players.

I needed some commander advise if anyone would be kind enough to guide me, So basically I have enough GH to expertise one commander and I currently have two options either to go for William to pair it with my Lui who's currently with Scipio P now, should I do that considering I'm focused on open field or should I instead go and max Herman P to pair with my ZL who's currently with Boudicca P, which one would you say is going to be more worth it in open field?
Not that big difference, hold your GH for clear difference between your commanders and that commanders you want to max..
Will the dagger 🗡️ work better than the horn of fury since this commanders are more about normal damage than skill damage?

I have the same situation here and I'm strugling to find the best pairs. Maybe I'm gonna run Gorgo/WW, LC/Alex and Guan/Scipio. But it always feels like I'm losing a great opportunity to run the best march in field (WW/LC).

Cus honestly, guan/scipio is still good for canyon and since boudica is out of canyon, there's no other commander to ignore his silence.
Trajan/mulan is still cooking In canyon and so is Constantine.

And btw chis, you should have tested ww/liu vs liu/WW so we could see which one is better as primary.

It's 2700 Smit damage instead of 2k 3 target..Smit has no counter so it gives more sevs

Yeah I don’t think I’ll be going for ww… no way I’m spending gems and my gh to get a VERY mediocre upgrade LC/Alex serves me very well
I think Alex is better than Wallace on the open field Wallace is a selfish commander compared to Alex. Alexander has are debuff and buffs, he also has one of the highest attack stats in the game that buffs lc hard

He has weakened my Canyon lineup, but I've put equipment on him, so the alternative is a naked Liu Che with Constantine or Alex. I can't be bothered changing equipment just for Canyon.
