Good to see the Aussie boys doing this stuff on the 'Tube' instead of having to watch it all in the U.S. the Swift, modern day Japanese Mini Cooper, only problem is those speed humps around shopping centres
G’day, it does rub ever so slightly on the rear over heavy bumps. Reason I believe is the style of tyre is quite square edged where the front has a slight taper even though it’s same size. Cheers.
Thank you for the reply! What tyre profile are you using? I'm currently on 205/45/17 and have rubbing issues on the rear as well. Wanted to install lowering springs just like you but not sure if that's even possible. I'm driving the exact same model as yours!
Great Swift videos, very helpful! Keep them coming, mate!👍💯

G’day mate, thanks for the kind words….yes those speed bumps seem to be getting larger also.
Cheers and enjoy.
Thanks for doing this it was super helpful.
Looks great lowered a touch
Thanks mate, enjoy the videos.
Will there be a new video for Swift? Can you make a coolant replacement video? Or what type of antifreeze should we buy? Thank you
Chassis parts are only tightened when under load, boss. And of course don’t forget the right torque 😉
Nice job. Just wondering why you didn’t swap the shocks at the same time? How does it ride now?
Thanks mate, they still felt fine and the previous owner had them replaced a few years ago so wasn’t needed in my eyes.
Cheers and enjoy…
just subscribed just to help you with your channel great vids
Looks awesome with those wheels mate, what make/model are they?
Nice job! My swift need it too! I buy the Vogtland fix suspension! 😉
How s it feel? Gokart feeling or not?
Feels like a go cart. 👍🏻
Also, how much did they sting you for those plastic washers at suzuki dealership?
Buen trabajo pero yo creo lo deberia de cuidar y consentir mas sobre todo la apariencia de la carroceria!
Cheers
Alloy wheel size...?
What brand of wheels are they? They look pretty decent aye
They are a Avante 18x8 with 215/35/18 tyre.
Back rubs ever so slight on the guard liner.
@@petersbackyardbuilds i'll get a set, but I will get a panel beater to roll the inside of the guards. Thanks for the response. Happy Swifting 🙆♂️
Hey Peter, did you have any rubbing issues with this setup?
G’day, it does rub ever so slightly on the rear over heavy bumps.
